You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

The previous owner…read moreleft a lot of stains on the upholstery and elsewhere, plus he evidently owned at least one large long-hair dog because the tire compartment had TONS of hair in; years of pet hair accumulation that then found was in nooks and corners everywhere. She took care of that ugly mess, was able to take the upholstery stains down to nothing or near-nothing, and practically gave me back a new car. Next time, we'll get the exterior done!
