I called Integrity Window Coverings and the man I spoke with walked me and my husband through taking the shade down and finding the identifying label from the original purchase. Even though I hadn't purchased from him, he asked us to email pics of our shade and he reached out to the manufacturer sales rep for us. He even called us back to say a new shade would be mailed to us in 2-3 weeks. Wow! Didn't think help and customer service like this existed anymore. Huge thanks to this business.
