We had some very bad weather causing delays in getting the roof work started but we were kept informed every step of the way. When we finally scheduled a day for the work to begin, the guys showed up early and explained what was going to happen and how they would protect our plants, etc. Because more rain was in the forecast, they sent 10-12 workers who completed the job in about 5 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and picked up, the roof looks great including matching vents. We couldn't be happier about the communication and the work that was performed.

Slaughter comes back and does the crap bad companies do and submit to the insurance for $18k. Except the insurance wouldn't cover it because they quoted $11k. Long story short we ended up having to pay out of pocket $7k. Do not trust them. It might be "just the insurance business" but they are all crooks. To top it off they gave us a "coupon" for $800 and wouldn't honor it at the end of the work.
