Either, they didn't get the prescription from my doctor (who's never had an issue before) or there computers are down, they don't have the medication, or my insurance isn't covering it so they just don't fill it and don't bother calling. I get anxiety EVERY time I have to order a refill. And they are rude. However, I will say that on two different occassions, the pharmacist has corrected the tech and refilled my prescription even though the tech said it was early.
