I went in to cash a check and was told they needed to call and verify the check. An employee using their personal phone calls the number Google provided, the owner answered and told the kid he had the wrong number after only hearing "dodges gas station, someone is here trying to cash one of your checks". I contacted the man and explained what I was doing. The manager then informed me that the dude needed to answer from their phone not mine. The man said to call right then bc he was dealing with a death in the famiLY The manager was outside AGAIN and was in no rush to come verify the check. The check was finally verified and that's when the manager said they can't cash the check bc when she looked up the number it did not show it being a business number. When asked for her bosses contact information, she refused stating whom ever would tell me the same. Had to leave 1 star just to leave review otherwise they would not have gotten that!
