I spoke with the owner, as all the ocean berm sites were empty, he told me that where we are is as good as it gets. I am so angry! Please don't give these people your business!!

The cabins have no central heating, they are heated by the use of ;numerous) space heaters. When I arrived it was so cold I had to leave and come back after it was warmer. Since they knew I was coming, they should have turned on the (three) space heaters . The oil heaters take hours to heat up. The cords on the bedroom "fireplace" heaters became hot to the touch, like hot enough to burn you. So we had to watch them and unplug them at night and when we left the cabin. Also entry to caving was was totally dark, no porch light & to enter the cabin you somehow need to enter a code in the dark. Also it was pretty grimy, lots of cobwebs and dirt, especially in windowsills.

We went up to the office which was empty, so we called the number. We sat in our vehicle for almost 45 minutes waiting for someone we called the phone number, texted another number and emailed. I also went and rang their ring camera multiple times. There were some nice guys out working on the cable and they tried calling them too even though they were not even employees of the park. (awkward) Then the owners argued with me when I asked for a refund as we had found another park. Thankfully it was also a nicer park with people to help us check in! We were almost late to the event we needed to attend because we had our trailer with us. Totally ridiculous customer service. I was not going to even write a review but since my refund is not there yet, I felt the public should be warned.

The new owners are great and are improving a lot of things that I understand the old owners left as issues. The manager is AWESOME and so helpful, I'm living by myself and have learned a lot from the manager and the people here. The park is clean, there is a laundry and bathroom/shower facility, as well as a soda machine. Close to town and the beach. I couldn't be happier with my choice of a place to stay. Also VERY dog friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I love dogs and my dog loves everybody here, and everyone is so nice to him.
