She is not only highly knowledgeable, but also deeply compassionate and attentive in a way that truly sets her apart. Dr. Solomon creates a safe, judgment free space where you feel completely comfortable and heard. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you fully understand your health and options without ever feeling rushed. What stands out most is her level of care outside of appointments she responds to my messages incredibly quickly and is always there when I need guidance or reassurance. That kind of support is rare and makes such a difference. I feel like a priority in her care. I'm so grateful to have a doctor who listens, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares. Thank you, Dr. Solomon, for being exceptional at what you do!

I didn't need to hear her judgmental opinion in the physical and emotional state I was in. When I told her I planned to have another child, she lectured me on needing to be married. After the first child, I never went back to her. I do not recommend someone who insults their vulnerable patients.

I started with pelvic pain in June 2024, ended up in the ER many times for the following months and Dr Reynolds visited me there, I chose her to treat me because she helped me deliver my baby six years ago. only thing she said was that it was a ruptured cyst even tho I'd been in the ER several times. i had this excruciating pain for months and only thing she kept me on was pain killers and ultrasounds. this is unbelievable and unacceptable, keep in mind that I was paying out of pocket because she didn't take my insurance. only thing she wanted was my money. I switched to another dr in October after being in pain for so many months. on Friday 12/13/2024 I ended up in the er again with the same pain. Dr decided to leave me in the hospital and take me to surgery, yesterday 12/16/2024 I lost my right ovary due to how twisted it was. it wasn't twisted just once, twice or three times but FOUR TIMES. it was too late to save it. if only Dr Reynolds would've been more compassionate and eager to help me I wouldnt be here in a hospital bed without my right ovary.

I never imagined I would need to write a review like this--especially after trusting this practice…read morefor five years and delivering three babies under their care. What should have been a quick request became one of the most stressful and hurtful experiences I've ever had in a medical setting. I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and deeply let down by people I had trusted with some of the most important moments of my life. From the moment I arrived, the check-in receptionist made me feel like an inconvenience. Her tone was cold, and instead of offering patience or understanding, I felt judged at a time when I was already vulnerable and simply needed help with a form. I requested to speak with the manager just to understand whether the issue could be resolved. My experiences with Michelle at check-out have been difficult for years. In my personal experience, she has consistently been unpleasant, and others I know who visit this practice have expressed similar concerns. After just delivering a baby, encountering that same attitude again was incredibly discouraging. A basic request for a signed letter from my doctor became another unnecessarily frustrating and emotionally draining interaction. The ultrasound technician (Jennifer) then inserted herself into the situation without, in my view, understanding what was happening. From my perspective, this only escalated the tension and made things more uncomfortable. The most upsetting part of the visit, however, was my interaction with the office manager. She took a long time to come out, and when she did, her approach felt condescending. She spoke down to me and would not allow me to voice my concern. The situation escalated to the point where she stated she would call the police on my husband and me--while our two young children were present--all over a simple form we had inquired about ahead of time. This was shocking and heartbreaking, especially after years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent at this practice. We were simply trying to understand the situation and advocate for ourselves, yet we were treated like a threat rather than long-time patients. I left the office feeling emotionally crushed. After three pregnancies and years of trust, I felt like none of it mattered. Instead of support and compassion during a vulnerable time, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. In my opinion, the unprofessional behavior I experienced from the front office reflects a larger issue with management. When leadership does not model empathy and professionalism, it impacts the entire patient experience. I believe other mothers and patients should be aware, because the way you are treated during pregnancy or postpartum can deeply affect your emotional and mental well-being. No mother should feel overwhelmed, minimized, or threatened in a place meant to care for her. With that said, I want to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Leslie, the nursing staff, and former front desk team members Ashley and Jennifer. They consistently treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care throughout my pregnancies and postpartum visits. Their compassion stands out even more in contrast to my recent experience. I truly hope the physicians at this practice take a closer look at how the current front office staff is treating patients. From what I experienced, there are serious issues that need attention. No medical office can thrive when patients feel unheard, disrespected, and unsupported. I do not recommend this practice!

I found Dr. Sasser online because she was near by and I decided to try her office since most of the…read morereviews I read were positive. I went to see her because I am pregnant with third baby in my late 30s. Dr. Sasser came across as very judgmental and critical with comments such as, " This is your last baby, right?" "You should not be pregnant." "You should have waited two full years for another baby," which are not helpful comments since I am already pregnant. Another comment, "OH GOSH, don't gain that much weight again this time around." So, I decided to not continue care with her and see a very supportive and competent physician instead who cares, and who I can trust to advocate for me, and who I feel comfortable with. The staff at Dr. Sasser's office is amazing and very pleasant. The office does greet you with "please pay" upfront and then charge you again after seeing the doctor for the difference instead of just collecting payment at the end of the consultation for the full amount which I find very odd."

As for Dr. Barrionuevo himself, he is very easygoing and professional - before the examination starts, he takes time to acquaint himself with the patient and build that doctor-patient relationship. I should also mention too that he speaks Spanish, so whether you're more comfortable with English or Spanish, it makes no difference here. The examination process itself was neither awkward nor uncomfortable; in fact, you almost forget what is going on in the first place! In the end, he is very straightforward: he tells you what is and prescribes the necessary treatment for whatever problem you might have. Even if your problem is not too big or you only have a question, you can call the practice and work out whatever it is you need - prescription refills All in all, I highly recommend his practice - it's even worth the hour-long drive!
