The shop owner greeted us right away and brought out tires for us to look at. When he found out we were close by he offered to come and put on the tire for us. The fee was nominal. He followed us back to the car because we already had it jacked up. He checked it and said he preferred to use his equipment. He said he'd return and get the tire changed before my daughter had to go to work. He was a man of his word. The service was excellent. He went above and beyond what was requested. We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!
