The printers are often down or out of ink. They sell your information. They steal security deposits. They aggressively pressure tenants to leave positive Google reviews. No amount of free kombucha is worth having to deal with bad wifi or bad people.

She loves her members and her members love her. You can tell that the entire community, while a lot of them work for many different companies, feel like they are a part of a bigger team. The highlights from Industrious (similar to some of the other locations I've seen) were certainly the community, hospitality, and design. There was breakfast from a local boutique bakery, locally roasted coffee, fruit water, and afternoon snacks every day. And it was all included! It was so nice to be able to just work out of the space and have access to everything I needed. I felt like I was in a premium hotel. Not to mention a ROOFTOP deck in New York? Who am I, Beyonce?! Speaking of the rooftop, lucky for me I was there for one of their events to kick off their Wellness Month. The event was Oysters & Rose on Friday afternoon (see pictures) - holy buckets this was AMAZING. The freshest oysters I've ever tasted, rose, cheese plates, charcuterie boards, desserts, chair massages, colorpuncture, and more! So many people came out and I got a chance to chat with a ton of people who had such wonderful things to say.
