Absolute worst customer service. They ignore customer requests. They lie about rentals. Awful. Avoid.

Helenny and Gaven were fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed to have a successful webinar we held in a Day Office we rented for the day. Helenny brought us water and let us store some gear in a vacant office. Gaven made sure our ethernet connection was working. Prior to that, Juda the JSuites owner, always responded quickly to questions that arose in pursuit of a long-term office rental. The culture at JSuites is very hospitable and professional. read more

Scheduled for my boss who was in New York for a meeting. Set up was easy! Room wound up being tiny, super hot (over 80 degrees) and they refused to find another room for him. He wound up leaving and finding a coffee shop! Waste of $160! Will never use them again! read more

I had an office for 4 years at the Times Square/Bryant Park location and then downsized to a virtual office for 9 years. The virtual office is basically a Manhattan mailing address where you can receive mail and packages. In June I asked to terminate my virtual office (about $90 per month) and I was told that I needed to give 90 days notice and that my lease automatically renewed for 6 months every six months and had renewed in May so I had to continue paying until the end of November. I never received notification that the lease was renewing (which an attorney advised me would make the "lease" month-to-month). I moved from the City and clients pay electronically so I don't get much mail and really don't need the expense. I was sent a copy of the "lease" and told failure to pay would be reported as a "default of a lease". I proposed that I pay July and August and that they use my security for September. Which seemed fair. Not only did they not bother to reply but just billed my card for September (there is no way to remove the card myself). I was told the only channel of communication is via email to "accounting" with no name or telephone number.. When I reached out to one of the owners (Juda), who I thought might be reasonable, he told me the accounting email is the only method of communicating and it is up to accounting to deal with it. As this is a virtual office, they have limited costs, have no vacancy they need to fill, so this is purely a way to get an additional $500 out of a small business. Zero customer support and feels like a scam. It is a sad way to end 13 years as a loyal customer, who paid on time, and promoted Jay Suites to colleagues, that I have I to give a negative review. read more

Great Company! The people were nice and warm and the offices were nice and clean! highly recommend it.

Booked a meeting room from 4 to 7 pm.. lobby lights were turned off around six.. didn't think anything of it until we tried to leave. Main door was literally chain-locked from outside and no way to get out. My team and I had to find/use fire escape to walk down 5 stairs. Security guard at the entrance confirmed that they close at 6 and "yeah they do chain up the place". Like WTF.. why didn't the receptionist at least tell her us that she was locking up and why did they accept reservation and payment for 3 hour slot?? read more

!!!!!DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM unless you are prepared to lose money if you have any possibility of changing dates!!!!! We thought we had a great new location lined up to use as a resource for renting space near our Manhattan office; however, when our Summit needed to change dates due to International travel complications because of COVID, the contact never responded to my email requesting a new date ("he never received it" was his response, despite the timestamp of when it was sent), and he didn't give me the credit that is part of their cancelation policy, nor was the date changed. We are now out $8,000 and have no space for our Summit. Absolutely terrible service. The system also used my deadname, and they made no effort to change it despite my requests. (The space did look nice, though, and my team seemed to enjoy it for their one-day meeting before the travesty of the cancelation.) read more

I do some work for a tenant at the 1441 Broadway location. From my perspective Jay Suites is a class act. Common space is very good, especially the lobby on each floor. Plenty of conference room space available. Nice lunch rooms with Starbucks coffee. Free filtered water and carbonated water. Staff are all very accommodating. Very helpful with package deliveries. Today the Third and Fifth floors at 1441 Broadway are pretty much full. Sixth floor build-out is close to complete - so sign up for space in 2016. Jay Suites has other locations around Manhattan. I was talking to one of the senior managers at an office party a few months ago - they have a LOT of space in the city. read more

I've been to a few shared offices. Each with its own pros and cons. But Jay suites has beat them all for a few reasons. They are clean, staff is very attentive, if you need something fixed the maintenance guys are quick, if something is down, they are on it. The accounting department is great too, very receptive. The owner is almost always on site and is very personable as well. Why one star off? Well, the food options aren't so good, and I'm a foodie. read more

We are a start up company that has spent our first few months in Jay Suites. We have experience nothing but exceptional service and help from the managers in regards to setting up phone systems or any technical issues that have may have come up. The receptionists have been courteous with and consistent with all delivery inquiries. The pleasant part about being here is we get to run our business and maintain the work environment without any objections. Also, I'd be remiss if i didn't take into account the additional bonus is being surrounded by other businesses and getting to acquainted with them as well. This makes up a completely unique business environment that most would never be akin to. I mean, just the other day we were offered bread from a restaurant across from us, which made our day. We were joking around talking and judging each-other's about favorite types of bread (raisin bread won). I mean where does that happen at? TriVu Media was an inaugural tenant of the 3rd floor space and we currently have an office at the 1441 Broadway location. The combination of location, simplified services packages (space + telecom, etc.), and a recently rebuilt space combine to create a compelling facility for a growing startup business. There are pros (location) and cons (street noises, slow elevators typical in Manhattan, conference room rental that can add up quickly), but the pros more than outweigh the cons. Moreover, the facility feels less generic than WeWork or comparable suites. Bottom line: a strong choice for a new, high-growth business. read more

You will never hear no for an answer, when and if you need something done the manager Mark always makes himself available and does the job with a smile. The receptionist Evelyn is very professional and has a bright bubbly personality. She welcomes you with her smile and makes sure you will never go a day without a good laugh. They say first impressions states a lot, when you/your guest step foot off that elevator you will remember everyday how much of a good choice you made on having company among Jay Suites location. The maintenance man Aaron does a fine job with the upkeep on making sure the facility (restrooms, break room, conference room and reception lobby)is always clean and polish. I rented space from jay suites and I must say that he billing was always incorrect causing me to always inquire about my charges. The receptionist on the 5th floor (Brittney) is fake and unprofessional. She would smile to you and pretend that she would help, little did she know that I was turning the corner and would comment about me as a client behind my back and say "How annoying" I was. It also seemed like she had something going on with the boss Juda, she disappeared for hours and I needed help but was told she will be right back. He has no control over his employees, it was gross, she even smelled like marijuana. The space is nice but definitely she ruined the experience. read more

We rented the space for a day for a film shoot and overall experience was really awesome and smooth. Starting my first call for inquiry, getting quote, visit before booking..pretty much all events were well co-ordinated. I worked with Jackie for leasing formalities and she is really understanding, efficient and practical, working with her was a pleasure. For all onsite interactions, we were dealing with Mark who is really helpful. He showed the place and went over all the details and was able to take care of all our queries. On the day of shoot- access was provided on time and Mark was onsite to take care in case we need anything.
