When we brought it to them it would start and then stop randomly. When we got it back it wouldn't even start to begin with. Had to bring it all the way back. At the same time they wanted our batteries because the broken lawnmower had charred the connection ends. The batteries still worked with all our other power tools so we were hesitant, but they told us at the counter guaranteed one week turnaround and we'd have them replaced as they were well within warranty. That was 6 weeks ago. When I call them, they lie. They say "oh it'll be one more week". Three weeks later, nothing. So you call. They say, "Oh one more week" and again, three weeks go by and silence from Tool Beast. It's an absolute joke. We have had no lawnmower all season and all of our other Ryobi tools are useless to us without our batteries. We will NEVER, EVER buy Ryobi again or from ANY OTHER TOOL COMPANY that depends on Tool Beast for warranty repair. We have been so incredibly patient with this company. We have been polite, accommodating, friendly, but at this point we have been so badly abused by the staff at this place we are at the end of our rope. Anyone would be - long before now. We've waited an extraordinarily long time. We've been lied to more times than I can count. We've been abused as trusting customers and we continue to let them put things right but they simply will not treat us with any kind of respect or courtesy as regards our tools and batteries. They ignore us, lie to us, ignore us again. Not for days, not for weeks. For months on end. And the only way to get any kind of response is to keep calling. Keep leaving messages. We are exhausted. We never get any updates from them telling us what's going on. We have to chase them, hound them, over and over and over again. It's been just horrific. It was been an absolute, unequivocal nightmare of an experience. We are furious, exhausted from chasing them, and disgusted with being lied to over and over again. We will also be reporting their conduct to the Better Business Bureau and any other regulatory body that will listen that might have an impact. Horrendous company. Horrendous service. Their pathetic excuse for "service" pretty much feels like theft of our stuff at this point. Never again. If you are considering bringing your tools here, RUN. Never look back. You'll never see your stuff again. Absolute total, endless nightmare.
