Buyer beware. I wish I had looked at some of these reviews before I bought my two prescription…read moredesigner glasses that are useless. I've been trying to work with the store to replace them. The lens quality of one of them is so bad that it is blurry, and you can't see through the lens. The other glasses were uncomfortable to wear as well. When I went to my ophthalmologist, finally, it was determined that BOTH pair of glasses had the wrong prescription! I had been trying to work with the store from the beginning and they kept just cleaning the lens and adjusting the fit and then the 30 day return period expired and they said that there was nothing they could do! The only reason it expired is because I kept trying to work with them. Absolutely no one would ever return my calls, I would call customercare make a complaint and they would assure me that managers would call me back to no avail. No one ever called me or addressed this situation. Even when I went in in person and showed them a note from my ophthalmologist saying that the prescription in both classes was wrong. No one has contacted me! I have had to write corporate the CEO and General counsel to see if I can get any resolution. This was close to $600 worth of glasses with me having a $300 out-of-pocket. At first, I was simply asking for them to remake the glasses; now I am just asking for my share of my money back so I could go somewhere reputable and get glasses that actually have my correct prescription and that I can see out of! I have not been able to use these glasses. They are totally useless. One you cannot see through because of the blurry haze due to the inferior lens quality (and wrong prescription) from the in-house lenses that were from Lenscrafters and the other is simply giving me a headache because it is not the right prescription. I seem to have to squint even with those glasses on. Dollar store glasses are definitely better! Do not shop here! (Noah is very nice but the quality of their product is horrible and Lenscrafters does not standby their products and has no customer service) Maria the manager at the store kept promising me that the regional manager Amanda would call and neither of them ever called me -EVER- despite numerous efforts! Horrible, horrible quality products; horrible, horrible customer service. Find another place! Only gave one star because Noah is so nice... unfortunately he has no control over his bosses or his company. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I decided to order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I hadn't thought I needed them before, but I recently started having trouble seeing signs from far away, so this felt like the perfect solution. I brought in my prescription, and Alana took care of everything seamlessly. My glasses should arrive in the mail within two weeks, and I can't wait to see clearly again!

I recently purchased a new pair of glasses since my prescription changed. I thought I could replace…read morethe lens in my old pair that I got from here but was told that they don't do that. I thought it was strange until someone told us that they don't want you to be without your glasses while you're waiting for the new ones. Now that makes perfect sense. They do offer a discount on your new frames. I had to keep coming back to get my new frames adjusted (three times). Initially they felt fine, but a couple of hours later, they were either poking into my head behind my ear or sliding down my nose. I guess the third time was the charm because they seem to be fine now. Knock on wood, lol. They're really good about making sure that you're happy with your glasses and that they fit fine. The only negative I would say (which has nothing to do with their service) is finding a parking spot since the parking lot behind them is under construction. We try to get here when they first open so that we can just park out front.

I was not only accommodated, it was welcoming and I was not rushed. I was professionally educated on my eyes, given options for my glasses and contacts. After the consultation, I was offered options, but I LOVE that I was not pressured or feel like it's a sales based facility. My insurance covers my RX up North, but I will definitely do leisure business with them again for more cosmetic options on glasses (rx sunglasses), and use them more so for my son who will benefit from their affordable lines of product more than I would. Sundog Eyewear has long been my fav place to pick up nonprescription reading glasses for years…read more They have everything and everything priced right not only in regular reading glasses but in sunglasses too for reading on the beach. It's also a place that super discounts, and if you're like me, always losing things or who seems to enjoy breaking things by sitting on them, it's great to buy your glasses at 3 or 5 for $? so you always have extra pairs. Another big bonus of Sundog Eyewear is that they have diopter (unit of measure of the refractive power of a lens) lenses going all the way up to 4.00 whereas you typical drug store only goes to 3.25, and for that generally charge three times what Sundog does.
