Doctor Crowder and the staff at the Beverly Rd location were very professional and knowledgeable…read more The offices are clean and up to date. Equipment is excellent. Only complaint is wait times. Appointments should be honored, and not always late. I am sure they know how to schedule based on experience.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience picking up glasses from North Georgia Eye,…read morespecifically with the contracted group they use to fulfill and distribute glasses orders. I received a text telling me that my glasses were ready and could be picked up between 9:00-11:00 a.m. or 2:00-4:00 p.m. Based on that information, I rearranged my workday on short notice, used my PTO, left work early, and drove to the Dacula office specifically to pick them up. I arrived during the pickup hours I was given, walked into an office that was practically empty, and waited about five minutes before a receptionist finally came out. When I explained that I was there to pick up my glasses, I was told that the glasses staff had left at noon because they leave at noon on Thursdays and Fridays. I showed/explained that the text I received specifically said I could pick them up between 2:00 and 4:00. The response was essentially a shrug and an explanation that they're there until 4:00 on Wednesdays. How is that my problem? Your company sent me the pickup instructions. I followed them. I took time away from my job and drove to your office based on the information you provided, only to discover that the information was wrong and no one was there to provide the service I was told would be available. What makes this even more frustrating is how incredibly limited these pickup hours already are. Most people work during the day. If you're going to require customers to arrange their schedules around narrow pickup windows, the absolute minimum expectation should be that the hours you send them are accurate. If I ran a business this way, offering extremely limited availability, sending clients incorrect information, causing them to unnecessarily use PTO and make a wasted trip, and then responding with a shrug when they arrived, I wouldn't expect to keep those clients for very long. Mistakes happen. What bothers me most is the complete lack of concern for the inconvenience their mistake caused. My time matters too.
