For me there was so much uncertainty surrounding my work life due to the pandemic, it spiraled me into a bad place of panic and anxiety. Enter Megan and fruition coaching. After our first chat she taught me a powerful tri-ad that truly works in any situation (personal and professional). I was focusing on the "what ifs" of life which I didn't have the answers to. Megan coached me into focusing on "what's good" and it changed everything. I've always believed we're all lifelong learners and I'm constantly working to change the way my brain asks itself questions to focus on what's good. Megan helped my anxiety disappear by teaching me the tools I needed. I'm forever grateful for her coaching as it shifts the way I've been thinking to see a situation with a fresh perspective. Her program is tailored to who you are individually to propel you to your best self so you can live your most rewarding life. It's worth every penny spent as you'll start to see a shift in yourself and the way you look at the world and that is invaluable. THANK YOU Megan!

We were left scrambling to replace services such as payroll, sales tax remittance, and basic monthly accounting services. They did not offer to off-ramp or assist with a transition to another firm. It has been quite disruptive and completely unprofessional. I always looked past the LONG turnaround times on almost everything. I looked past the fact that I could never get a hold of my accountant (Brian) without going through several layers of people. I looked past the fact they increased their rates over and over. I looked past the fact that as our tax advisers, they gave horrible advice that served no purpose other than making their job more simple. I should have listened to my instincts and moved on sooner from this unprofessional firm. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are many many great CPA firms in the Denver metro area. When All Copy Products comes through your door they act like they are a local company, but in reality, they are Denver's 'big city' business that simply does not seem to care about their customers. In 2018 we were using multiple printers, running to the local office supply for ink and replacing printers when they go bad. We spent a couple of hours going over all of our needs. We were assured this one printer would replace everything we had, plus our scanners and more. When the print arrived they could not get it to print checks properly and were never able to get it to print envelopes. They tried to claim that it was a custom envelope so we sent them a link to what we had been ordering. Then we were told we needed a different version of that envelope, so we ordered it with the same result. Eventually, they installed the same printer we just disposed of to print envelopes :-( When the scanner stopped emailing they blamed it on on business email provider (gmail). They offered to fix it at an exorbitant rate, then we were told to just set up a regular Gmail account, which worked for a week, but the problem persisted. At that point it was explained to us that they don't have any networking support in Grand Junction, they could do it remotely and I want to say the fee was $200/hr so we passed. It was supposed to be included. Fast forward until June of 2023 I emailed them to find out what our exit options were at lease termination. I was told they would follow up in December. When they finally reached out in February with options that did not make sense for us (especially considering the service) we were told it was too late to cancel! They claim we are trapped for another 12 months with their equipment that does not work and a service department that charges to fix their machine - in spite of the service contract.
