It was astounding as the amount of merchandise and number of customers was huge. It could have been overwhelming as I've seen many other companies not able to handle such a volume of customers and merchandise. Betty in particular was beyond awesome, she was working with the huge volume of jewelry at a counter and it could be hectic at times with the number of customers however Betty kept her cool, was friendly, efficient and professional. You couldn't ask for more especially in that hectic environment! Josh and his wife were also great, so efficient.
