They are a total scam, and I recommend avoiding them at all costs. They will not let you out of the contract, even when you submit everything exactly as required. They have stolen about $40k from my company. Be warned, do not sign a contract with this terrible company. Our product was also breaking constantly, and they did not resolve the issue, which is why I chose a new company when our contract was fulfilled.
