Stay away from here! They are anything but reliable. I went in to bail a friend out, they said they…read morethey would be at the jail in an hr to deliver paperwork. 5 hours later, I called to make sure they took care of it and they said they would get to it eventually, the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. I went back in the next day for a refund, they took a copy of my credit card and said they would call me when it was refunded. They never called me, and I've called back several times and they continually ignore my calls. I had to put in a dispute for the charge with my card, and block any future purchases since the guy working seemed very shady and has a copy of my card. I chose Alexandra because she had five stars. I also chose her because she was a woman and I thought if she was a mother as well she might be more effective. It's probably the best decision I've ever made in my life. Alexandra worked day and night to find my family member. There were days we were both frustrated and she always gave advice to me like a real friend would. She truly cared about my family member as well as my family. We are very private and there were times I needed to talk about things and she was always there for me. The first time I spoke with her I knew we made the right choice. Unfortunately, my family member had fallen in Black Canyon while hiking. It was extremely important for my family member's mother to have a timeline. Alexandra sent her team out to Montrose and she created a timeline down to the minute. I have no idea how she did it but she did and she was spot on. There were days I thought the park Rangers would stop looking and she reassured me that would not ever happen. She even went to the extent of calling companies to search just in case they stopped looking. They didn't stop. They found him and brought him home to us. Alexandra was dealing with multiple jurisdictions. She was also dealing with the press who had many questions. There were days I had no idea how she was doing what she was doing but she did it. She did it with love, kindness, grace and support for us. If you hire Alexandra you will be getting the best private detective there is. We will always consider Alexandra not just the best private detective but our family now too.
