It's probably the best decision I've ever made in my life. Alexandra worked day and night to find my family member. There were days we were both frustrated and she always gave advice to me like a real friend would. She truly cared about my family member as well as my family. We are very private and there were times I needed to talk about things and she was always there for me. The first time I spoke with her I knew we made the right choice. Unfortunately, my family member had fallen in Black Canyon while hiking. It was extremely important for my family member's mother to have a timeline. Alexandra sent her team out to Montrose and she created a timeline down to the minute. I have no idea how she did it but she did and she was spot on. There were days I thought the park Rangers would stop looking and she reassured me that would not ever happen. She even went to the extent of calling companies to search just in case they stopped looking. They didn't stop. They found him and brought him home to us. My friend had met a woman named Kelsey who gave him her card. He said that she was extremely intelligent so I gave her a call. Since I am currently out of state, I was worried about communication. However, Kelsey quickly got in touch with me. We had an initial video call that lasted about an hour. She was creative with how to get the information I needed. I paid a retainer to get Arrowhead Investigations started on an intensive background investigation and two days of surveillance. I am a young single woman who lives alone and I don't believe that it is too much to ask to meet in a public space, during daylight hours for my safety. Especially with a man who was so unprofessional and aggressive towards me over the phone.
