We selected Schoen Builders after a review process with four other prominent builders in the area. The main reason we selected Schoen is because Aaron listened and understood our budget and vision, provided us with detailed costs estimates with various options before the build, and brought ideas to the project. As we made changes during the construction process, Aaron would always present us with detailed costs to help us weigh our options. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final product. After going through this building process again (3rd time for us over 13 years - 1st with a different builder, 2nd built on my own, 3rd with Aaron), I wouldn't hesitate to build with Aaron again because he is knowledgeable, trustworthy and I felt like he spent our money like he would spend his own. Schoen Builders, thank you for building a great house my family and I will enjoy for many years to come!!

All of the tradesmen were friendly, professional and respectful of our house. When they left for the day the cleaned up the work area. Doing a kitchen remodel is stressful but I was pleasantly surprised at how they were able to keep us functioning even amongst the construction. No shortcuts were taken and the end result is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy I chose Home Solutions of Maumee Valley and give them my highest recommendation.

Their design team had great ideas, and they took care of every detail to make our home modern and beautiful. I trust them completely. The owners, managers and crew are solid people with whom it was a pleasure to work. We were very…read morehappy with the work, tear off and replace in 1 1/2 days, and couldn't tell the next day we had a roof installed from such a great clean up job. They tarp everything, lay plywood against the house to protect it and the plants, sweep up the sidewalks, even put wood down to protect the lawn from the roll off dumpster. My mother in law needed a roof and called one of the companies that advertise on TV. She became upset when the TV roofing companies kept calling her to pressure her to sign a contact. I told her to check on those companies on the BBB and then call ACE Roofing. She had Mike replace her roof was very happy with the work and was never pressured. My parents had a roof installed by Mike two days before the tornado passed their house 6 doors down in Millbury, never lost a shingle yet they had the top of their 30 foot tree break off. A 60 MPH wind storm we had in early march 2017 took a half dozen shingles off. Nearly every house in the neighborhood has the same damage. I called Mike that day and he was there the next day to fix the damage. Many of the neighbors are still waiting on their roofers to come out and repair theirs with far more damage. If you are considering a roof, read the reviews of all of the big roofing companies that have to advertise and then check ACE Roofing who relies on word of mouth. I think if you ask any of Mike's customers, I believe you will find everyone of them was pleased with his work,.... including the neighbors. I will continue to recommend ACE Roofing to my friends and family. Steve
