Well, you would be surprised to find that the food here is actually pretty good. The pizzas are made fresh. A lot of the Italian dishes are made from scratch. You can see the cook in the front making your food. It is a pleasant surprise to say the least. FYI, Crossroads Mart is the name of the gas station. You will also see references to The New Yorker Pizza which I believe is a franchise for the restaurant side. Summary - New York style pizzas - Good Italian food including pastas, calzones, spaghetti, and alfredo dishes - Subs, cheese steaks, burgers and hot dogs for those who want something else - There is NO official web site, but you can find "The New Yorker Pizza" menus on the web. - You can't order online, which sucks. You could get here if you are an I40 traveller but there are closer gas stations. Inside in clean. Several pumps here. No issues with the store. Gas pumps are pay at the pump, which most these days are. I had a stranger ask me for money here once. I filled up his tank instead, then bought him some gas. It was good to know I made a difference.

Jerry picked up lunch from Gay's for us on two occasions. The warm German Potato Salad we had with the American Goulash (we call it Beef-A-Roni at our house) was the surprise find...bacon, bits of translucent onion, and an herbed dressing with that just right tart sweet balance. Buttered Peas and Creamy Mashed Potatoes covered with brown gravy begged to be sides for the tomato ketchup glazed Meatloaf. Our family appreciated the touch Gay had when seasoning her vegetables, and the Baby Limas with Fried Pork Chop were another hit. We couldn't pass up a bowl of Chili Beans, flavorful but not burn your mouth spicy. You will have no need to go back to the Cracker Barrel once you taste Gay's Hashbrown Casserole with its cheesy browned goodness. Yes! It was that good! If there Is a problem the med just goes back on the shelf. No phone calls are made to the insurance or the customer. I was supposed to start a med 8 days ago and it has still not been filled. Today I was told it was too soon to fill it. Mind you, this is a brand new prescription for a dose I have never taken. When I pointed that out I was told I must have filled it somewhere else. Yep, that's why I'm calling Walgreens... because I filled it somewhere else. The lack of professionalism is appalling. Do yourself a favor and pick another pharmacy. I am.
