Then when I was deciding between two different models, both Kristie and Ben solved that as well! Ben is very knowledgeable and does a great job in relating his experiences to the products. I ultimately went with the Kawai K-15 because it made sense for my budget and experience. And they helped me understand the pros and cons of choices as well. Overall, I definitely recommend Kim's Piano to anyone who is serious about getting a piano for their home.

I'm a music teacher and at home I have been playing an 88-key digital piano at home for a few years. Piano is my first instrument and never bought a piano because I play off of a Steinway Grand Piano and a Roland nx700 stage piano. Well, after several years of not enjoying practicing at home, I now can thanks to Steve Rivera's recommendations! I knew what I wanted, he worked with finding me the piano I've wanted...a white upright (Kawai or Yamaha). I went with the Kawai K15 because it's new and I couldn't refuse a brand new piano! Anyhow after multiple emails, I was able to purchase one without walking into the store. Steve sent me videos of different models playing the same short piano piece and it was very helpful! Well, fast forward to today and a week later I am sitting here in my living room practicing! Thank you so much Steve and Kim's Piano!!!

He asked what I needed, and I explained that my acoustic guitar had a broken peg tuner. I already had the replacement part with me, so I handed it over. Instead of jumping straight into recommendations or upselling, he immediately tried to fix it on the spot. Once he confirmed it was repairable, he quickly cut the string, replaced the tuner, and got everything back in place. The whole process took less than 10 minutes! I live in Carson, so driving out to Lakewood and getting it fixed the same day was such a relief. This guitar isn't for professional use--it's for my daughter who's just starting to learn--so having it ready right away saved me a lot of time and hassle. He even tuned it by ear in seconds, which was really impressive. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Michel should have called me. I am not buying a product, I am looking for piano mentorship for my children. And if Warren isnt nice and cordial with me, how much more would I trust my kids with this guy. Please change Michels title to personal assistant instead of personal virtual assistant. Thats not an insult.
