I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich, I'm not sure what kind of mystery meat I received but it definitely was not pork. There was enough crystallized salt on the bottom of our French fry containers to salt a sidewalk. If the food wasn't bad enough, the staff was unapproachable at best. One staff member ignored everyone and the one whom was taking orders had a resting bitch face and rude aurora.

Even in the "off-season," they'll post that they're selling batches of their meat and we've ordered that twice for family dinner. Everything we've had is great, but their pork is our absolute favorite! It's unlike any I've ever had. Smoked Pork loin sliced thin, so flavorful and juicy! And the homemade sauces are yummy too. Kevin is a master at his craft and keeps everything meticulously clean while he works and his staff are always kind too. Seriously, find them and you won't be disappointed.

Had…read morelots of choices, and after wandering around ordered beef sandwiches from one of our favorite trucks, Whistle Punk Farms. We sat on a stone ledge to enjoy our meal when a police officer parked nearby. He sniffed and smiled and said "Ah, Whistle Punk. Nice sandwich. But you want to know the best beef here?" We did, and he pointed in the direction of Keep It Smokin' B.B.Q. He said their their pit beef was excellent but their pit pork was even better. I love recommendations from someone who knows, and his was spot on. We wandered over and watched the operation for a few minutes. The owner offered us a taste of the beef; it was charcoal-charred, really juicy, tender, and rubbed with a pepper-forward spice. It was incredible - easily one of the top three I've tasted anywhere. Ah, but then he offered tastes of pit pork loin, crunchy exterior yet dripping with juices. I've eaten a boatload of Philly Pork sandwiches but this, this, THIS made them all taste like charcoal. Neither one needed onions or tiger sauce or BBQ sauce or anything other than delicious meat. Their prices and portions were reasonable. My only complaint is that their truck doesn't come to my county so I'm gonna have to drive to them - and I will. Ahhhhhhhhhhh.

That and their menu was not insanely inflated as many food trucks are. I ordered 9 hot dogs and they were all reasonably priced and very tasty. Their homemade Cole slaw was fantastic, especially on a hot dog! Macaroni and Cheese could use more cheese IMO, but was still good and I loved seeing it in a crockpot. Most of their food is homemade, with food from local farmers in the Shippensburg area. I was glad to support them and give e my business, and to give this review. Another nice touch was they had coolers out with drinks, and if you bought one they told you to just go grab it. They also had lots of sauces laid out. Honestly this isn't a chain or expensive soulless experience as many food trucks are. You get homemade food and an experience like you would at a potluck or from your grandparents. Can you put a price on that? If you see them, tell them Scott sent you.

The two people working were really friendly, and the woman taking orders was happy to give recommendations. I went with the Belly Buster (see photo). The flavor was solid, but the bun was cheap and turned mushy immediately, which honestly ruined the overall experience. I'm giving them 22 out of 25 stars, a solid B+. With better-quality rolls that can actually hold the toppings, it would easily be an A.

Rossy's is a great food truck serving up quality food in large portions!…read more I found Rossy's on Google and saw the photos of their quesabirria tacos and knew I had to stop by. The food truck is stationary and permanently behind the horse stables by the casino. It was frigid outside, so the tent shelter they made at the order window offered protection from the wind and a nice place to sit. Rossy's seems to have two primary menus: American and Latino. The American has sandwiches and salads, but the Latino menu is the front and center option featuring tacos, pupusa, and tortas. They also have a chalkboard menu that seems to show parts of their Latino menu. My husband and I ordered birria tacos and al pastor tacos (three per order). They took only about 5 minutes to come out, and they were hot, made with fresh ingredients, and large portions! The lady that took our order and brought our food out was so nice and patient. Since we opted to dine outside, she even popped out to check on us and see if we needed anything else.
