I can write about the this and that and other things that were alarming but let me cut to the chase. My chart was transferred to dr turner because my original doctor that did my inivisiline is out of state and I needed the buttons put on and a little filing. I can tell they don't do a high volume of inivisiline because the buttons were done sloppy and actually 2 popped off hours later when I removed my tray to eat. Still that's not the worst part. She had filing to do to make space to shift my teeth and she hacked my teeth with an electric file (my previous doctor never used and electric one) it was a horrible feeling so, I stopped her and I looked and my tooth in the hand held mirror to see my tooth is jagged and has a huge gap looks like stairs because its cut into 3 separate lengths!!! When I told her whooooaaa "why do I have such a big damn gap" she starts screaming at me for using the word damn! And I'm laying there in the chair in tears! Yes real tears because I realize I have a tooth that is cut wayyyy too much and I can spit through my bottom tooth! We exchanged many words but the worst thing I said was damn and she kept flipping out. I should of known it was not a good idea when she kept complaining about how much she was getting for this treatmen because the bulk of the treatment was already paid for with my previous dentist (who is exceptional). I told her that money was not an issue and I only care about my teeth. I left still in tears. I jumped on my phone to find another ortho and scheduled another appointment with another dentist to fix her nightmare of a 5 minute job. I told myself if she was good I would book my husbands appointment and add her to our womens community reference of doctors for our NFL wives club. However she was the worst and I am so scared that this may cost a lot of money and time to fix this tooth!

I would recommend getting a second opinion from a different dental practice before spending money…read morewith Dr. Watson's office. I was told I desperately needed a mouth gaurd (or invisalign or potentially both) from this office, but after changing dentists, the new one didn't even mention needing one. I brought the subject up and he said he could make one for me at almost a fifth of the cost or even recommend some of the better over-the-counter options. Additionally, Dr. Watson's office doesn't honor requests to see the same hygenist for a cleaning. I rescheduled twice because I wanted to see a specific hygenist, showed up to the appointment, and you guessed it, they didn't have me with the requested hygenist. Not a big deal, but when they went on to say they never would have scheduled this date and time with the hygenist I requested, I decided my time with them was over. Please do not blame long-time patients for your office's mistake. No one apologized. Now they've apparently "lost" my previous x-rays for the new doctor to compare an issue to. Wow. my entire dental history is in one office and there are no images? Unfortunate. On the upside, my new dentist and his office are wonderful.

I go in and get a cleaning and the first thing they tell me is I need to get veneers for $1,000 a tooth! I have never once in my life since going to a dentist ever been recommended to get veneers ever! Then after about a year I get told I have a 2 potential cavities (I haven't had a cavity since I was 15). I wait another 6 months go back in for my cleaning and get told I don't have any cavities however, they look back at the reports from 6 months ago and the notes say I have a cavity so I have a cavity that needs to get filled??? I'm also informed that I have been grinding my teeth and that my only options are a $550 mouth guard or to get veneers for $1,000 a tooth. Of course I opt in to get the mouth guard, while it's being made I go to two other dentist in the area to get a consultation, not only are they shocked that I was recommended veneers but they are shocked by the $500 overpriced mouth guard. They offered me a $100 mouth guard from the same company, isn't that crazy? If you are rich and have unlimited money this dentist would love you, I unfortunately do not. I have really good insurance for a reason but insurance doesn't cover the things they recommend. If you are looking for a family friendly dentist that is not trying to upsell you and get you to pull your card out stay VERY clear from here!

I had never had pain in my teeth before getting fillings done by this dental office. I went a total of 4 times after April to get revisions done on the teeth that they messed up. My last visit was in June for a revision The fillings were still causing me discomfort, and i got a second and 3rd opinion. The amount of cavities (the dentist exaggerated) that i had that needed to be filled, turned out to be 3 teeth in total Mind you, Dr. Dudley stated that i had 11 cavities that needed to be attended to, and that they were severe. He even yelled at me in the office. His staff doesn't communicate with him as much as they should. The crazy part is that during these visits for my revisions, he wouldn't pinpoint exactly on the x-ray where i needed filling or the location of said cavities. I honestly think that i didn't need those 4 fillings. I believe that he was money hungry and would not admit to his faults. He had an attitude every visit because i would ask thorough questions regarding the health of my teeth. It is now July and one tooth that he completed the filling on was still causing me pain. I went to another Dentist and was informed that this tooth had a crack in it. I honestly believe that the crack came from Dr. Dudley and his hygienist that completed my fillings. If you can, please go somewhere else. The experience at this office changed the health trajectory of the right side of my mouth. If i could provide 0 starts, i would. The experience here was disheartening. If you can, please find a different dentist before his office has you in their chair every month for a mess up that they did. I would not want you to waste your money on the subpar dental care at this establishment.

Intake Process: Booking an appointment was easy. I am a new patient. Received email with link to complete intake documents in which I completed prior to coming to my appointment which made it way easier. Check-in/Waiting time: My appointment was at 3pm on a Thursday, there was myself and another gentleman in the waiting room. I waited about less than 10 minutes and I was called in. Overall experience and Bed Manners: I came in for my annual, but the last time i was as a dentist was two years prior. This office is keeping up with the latest technology, kudos to them! The x-ray machine was a machine where you stepped into place and they scanned your teeth. (No more tugging with the ladies on sticking those xray films in your mouth while they leave you in an awkward position and step out to press a button to get your x-ray. I thought it was cool) The young lady cleaned my teeth and checked in with me from time to time to make sure i was okay. I told her that I had a sensitive area and if she could possibly numb me before getting started - she happily agreed. I also did tell her that being at the dentist gives me anxiety. she was overall tentative and gental and also MINDFUL when she was working in my mouth. Dr. Nickels came in after and we spoke about some of the concerns i was having and he provided advice and solutions. I really felt the warm and fuzzies speaking with Dr. Nickels because alot of times in previous experience - dentists try and upsell you on services. I felt some trust with him.
