Their seasonal drinks menu was displayed right off the counter, so I ended up trying a few. The honey latte was unfortunately my least favorite. It was overwhelmingly sweet, to the point where I could barely taste the coffee. It honestly felt like a whole tub of honey was poured into it, and I couldn't even finish it. The surprise favorite was definitely the mango matcha latte. I'm usually not a matcha person, but this one was actually so good. The mango and matcha paired surprisingly well, and the yellow and green colors looked really pretty too. I also tried the mango cream latte, which I expected to be very mango-heavy, but it was actually pretty balanced. The mango flavor was mild, and I could still taste the coffee, which I appreciated.

The staff was AMAZING. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful when it came to choosing the perfect item to start my day. I ordered the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel and WOW. Absolutely delicious. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the bacon and eggs were cooked to perfection. Everything was well-seasoned, flavorful, and satisfying. As a certified matcha girly, I also had to try the Matcha Greens Blended Frap and it was so good I had to ask what they put in it. Smooth, refreshing, and blended to perfection. They have several small tables that work well if you're coming in alone to work or study. I also like the countertop that runs across the front window with bar seating. It gives you another option if you're working solo and like looking outside instead of staring at a wall. There are a few tables outside too, which I'll probably take advantage of once this Texas weather decides to cool down. The house coffee has been a good morning starter for me, and they've also served me a really good Iced Caramel Latte. I haven't tried the food yet since I'm not much of a breakfast person, but the several people I've chatted with have had nothing but good things to say about the menu. One of these late lunch or afternoon visits, I'm going to have to try one of their sandwiches. Another plus for me is the Wi-Fi. Even during one visit when the place was nearly full with students and other people working, it was fast enough for my normal workflow using browser-based apps without any problems. (Small PSA: Always use a good VPN when you're working on a public network.) The afternoons can get a little noisy as more people start gathering, but a decent pair of ANC headphones takes care of that pretty easily. The staff has also been super friendly and helpful, especially when you're standing there trying to figure out what you want--which is usually me. LOL. Everyone I've dealt with has been polite, helpful, and greeted me with a smile. As you can probably tell, I've enjoyed the Just Love Coffee Cafe experience.
