The day before, we had driven way out to Goebel's Country Store for brisket but I think the brisket here is much better. I like that they don't just douse it with sauce, instead they put the sauce on the side so you can actually taste the brisket as it is. The beans were flavorful and delicious, too! Corn was a bit dry and tough to chew. You get a ticket and pay for your meal inside the Union Creek Resort store upfront before eating your meal. They accept credit card, including Discover card. I like that there's a few outdoor picnic tables for seating by a beautiful gushing creek. They don't display all their sodas, they have some diet sodas available if you ask.
