When I did I have discovered that I am Dyslexic and during my free lessons I when to the Dyslexia Institute which is just around the corner from there. As a private school goes this place is pretty good, not excellent, but good. I had a huge amount of support and care that came individually, first from the head teacher of this school and then secondly from nearly every teacher that I had teach me. And they all new mine name and everyone else's, as did the head teacher. This school is a Nursery; a primary school, secondary school and you can do your A Levels here if you are clever enough, (so to speak) where as I could not. In the end I only achieved a C in Information Computer Technology, which I was lucky to get at all. They have smart expensive school uniform; which you have to pay for and you also have to pay a large sum of money every so often. They do a lot of sport at Kings Monkton which is a school that reminds me of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter, fantasy novel series. They had a small library when I was there and the type of wood that surrounded it reminds me of Hogwarts, as does one part of the school which has a deep; oak, brown wood which made me think and dream that I was walking down the castle corridors. Overall I do recommend it as a great school to attend, if your clever than me academically you will get on fine there particularly. It also has a new, more moderner complex, which is really posh. I had private singing lessons there and you can also have private music lessons, during spare class time; which is costly pricey too, but worth it.

They also have an excellent additional needs team, and particularly an innovative resource in the Nurture Group. The school admission is full with a waiting list! Overall the reputation of the school is not too bad. However, there is a problem with levels of sick leave (in common with many inner city schools) and there is a steady stream of supply teachers taking classes.

Mr Belli the heads rules on uniform are…read moreunrealistic and put children down my daughters length of skirt is fine by me and seeing as i am her mother i would not let her go out looking halve naked but he always puts her down for no reason as well and the worlds worst deputy head Mrs Bowen Jones well that is a different matter she has called my daughter a slut and makes her feel bad about herself which makes matters worse seeing as she is already self conscious . i don't feel like its right to be telling the female pupils they look like sluts or tell them they are dressed right as they are all in a very difficult period of time where they do feel self conscious and bad about them self i think we should be building them up not putting them down.
