Ffynone House School is one of the few private schools in South West Wales. I scoped it out for the purposes of this review by attending it age 11-13.

The main benefit of sending a child here is that the classes are so small that it would be impossible for them to go unnoticed in almost any discipline. There were only five pupils in my Welsh class.
Additionally it means that all pupils generally get involved with all school events like theatre productions, sports and community things. For me though, even as a 12yr old, it was too small and too insular. Which is probably why I live in London now. read more
