Went downhill quickly. I was a student at this school for 5 years, for the first 3 years I was bullied relentlessly and the school consistently overlooked this. I would break down into tears and their solution was to lock me in an office for a few lessons, no lie. Miss Linda Davies would take me to her office, give me some tissues then walk out and LOCK THE DOOR. The support team in this school were totally useless, they focused on rewarding the bullies if they didn't misbehave, which frankly I think is disgusting. Going to Oakwood because you haven't punched someone in a few weeks. There was absolutely no letting up, I was being bullied so my work suffered and when I explained that to someone and asked for help I was turned away or shouted at. I am glad to have left this school and would honestly NEVER send my children there in the future. read more

I just left coedcae school and i think it is one of the best secondary schools in the area. a very wide choice is available in the school be it subjects, extra clubs, sports activities or food. read more
