Thought I would try the Galleria location as I had some clothes to return at Belk's as well. Making appointments was fast and efficient as I was familiar with the process having only done it the week prior. Got there early for appointment and they took my vehicle immediately. Staff was friendly, waiting room comfortable with chairs, table, and phone charging station. Actually a much nicer customer waiting area than the Oxmoor location. Only disappointing thing I encountered was the restroom. They really needed to be cleaned and floors mopped. I would recommend this location due to the more comfortable waiting area, but both locations were friendly and efficient.

At 5pm, I checked the appointment again and it just said I needed to reschedule. They didn't bother with a phone call or anything. I took off work for this appointment and they don't even have the courtesy to let me know they couldn't make it. It was the only day I have over the next 5 and my windshield will likely run now and have to be replaced. Safelite has a monopoly on auto glass. Every insurance carrier uses them and it's the same garbage every time.
