This is an extreme lack of knowledge and carelessness that cost me time and money. now I have to fix my other two tires before using my camper again. People get estimates for all kinds of reasons (some with no intention on having the work done). It takes time to 'look up' vehicles, and price damages. The other guy Bryant's complaint was he called 2 weeks earlier and because they weren't WAITING with 'bated breath' for his arrival 'HE'S piszed! People are NUTS. Yelp apparently doesn't care who reviews or why! These are top quality guys. (I don't work there, but am applying soon) maybe I get it, maybe not, but either way they should be 5 stars according to all the REAL reviews from the rest of their customers!

1 Star…read more Unfortunately, after using Highway 280 Paint & Body three different times, this will be my last. Our 2022 GMC Yukon was damaged by a deer on June 9. We brought it to Highway 280 Paint & Body in mid-June, and they inspected the vehicle and determined that the damaged door would need to be replaced. After filing the claim with Progressive, we had a three-way phone call with our insurance adjuster and the manager at Highway 280 Paint & Body. During that call, we specifically scheduled a date to drop the Yukon off for repairs. The appointment was made roughly two weeks in advance, giving the shop time to prepare for the vehicle and the repair. We dropped the Yukon off on July 20 as scheduled. When we arrived, the manager acted as though he wasn't expecting the vehicle and said he didn't have the insurance estimate. I pulled it up and sent it to him while standing there. The Yukon then sat at the shop for more than a month. During that time, we received different explanations about what they were waiting on--parts, emblems, insurance approval, and eventually that the door needed to be replaced, even though they were the ones who told us in June that the door needed replacing in the first place. After more than a month, we learned that the vehicle had essentially sat there and wasn't actually being worked on until last week. Even then, the repair was still not completed. My biggest issue isn't simply that the repair took longer than expected. Things happen, parts get delayed, and insurance companies can slow down repairs. My issue is the lack of communication, organization, accountability, and urgency throughout this entire process. We scheduled this repair in advance. They knew what vehicle was coming, knew what the damage was, and knew a door replacement was needed. Meanwhile, our insurance rental coverage was running out while our vehicle sat at their shop. I finally asked them to put our Yukon back together so we could pick it up and take it somewhere else. After being a repeat customer, I hate that this is the experience that caused me to leave a one-star review. But based on the way this repair was handled, I cannot recommend Highway 280 Paint & Body. The entire operation felt extremely disorganized, and the customer service and communication were nowhere near what I would expect from a professional body shop. If you're considering having work done here, I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about when your vehicle will actually be worked on--not simply when they can accept it and let it sit on their property.

Today I had a tire that had been punctured and needed another tire, and once again they took very good care of me. One thing I have noticed about Omega Tires over the years is something you do not find everywhere. The moment a customer walks through the door, someone acknowledges them and says hello. You are not left standing there wondering whether anyone has noticed you or is going to help you. They make you feel welcome from the moment you come in. I don't know a great deal about cars, tires, or motor vehicles, but I do know when I am being treated respectfully and fairly. I have always felt that Omega Tires treats me honestly and fairly. I have never felt taken advantage of, and I have confidence that what I am being charged for is what I actually need. I have never been unhappy with any tire Omega Tires has sold me, and I have never felt that I overpaid. I have always felt that I received good value for my money. Eddie, the manager, is always so nice. I really cannot think of anything negative to say about him. He treats customers with respect and even makes a point of asking whether you are comfortable while you are waiting. When I left today, he said, We'll see you later. It's a small thing, but that kind of friendliness makes a difference. Flo, who works out in the garage area, is also very nice and treated me very well. Another thing I appreciate is that the wait is not long. Even when they have several customers, they do a very good job of getting people taken care of without making them wait unnecessarily. After going to Omega Tires for years, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my tires.
