    I didn't think there was a way to CHEAPEN diamonds, emeralds, and gold but WOW Premier Jewellers…read moredid a TOTALLY CLASSLESS job. Premier Jewellers is a totally inept, and truly unmotivated team. For my 30th birthday, I received a bracelet as a gift that was in the thousands in value. Right away the gift giver told me how everything the jeweller and owner did was left until the last minute. The bracelet wasn't ready until the day of my birthday, though ordered weeks in advance. The experience was a fight to get information, deadlines, quotes. I opened the gift, it was lovely. The heart of this issue was that the bracelet was too small for my wrist. The gift giver was disappointed because they had taken a bracelet of mine, measured it and the sales team said "there's no way his wrist is that big." I said not to worry, we would take it back and have a few more links created for the piece. As the bracelet was """custom""" they would surely have the mould to recast a few links. I dropped off the bracelet in the last week of August. They told me it would be roughly 300 dollars to add the size needed. 15 days later they called to say that the bracelet had run into some """issues""" and would be $360 now. I asked what kind of issues? They said issues with the recasting. The gift giver said that they had repeatedly changed the price on him. When I questioned the price raise further, they said they would honor the $300 original quote. They said the bracelet was ready to be picked up. I went down to the store and they told me the bracelet wasn't there, but maybe it was at the other store, or the goldsmith. I asked why they told me it was ready for pick up, and they said it might be an error. This concerned me because nobody could seem to tell me where the bracelet was, or who had phoned me. I felt perhaps they had lost the bracelet. I asked the clerk Denise to get me some information and to call me. 10 days go by, still no phone call. I called, they told me it was still at the goldsmith and would take another 3-4 weeks. I wanted to know what had been going on because we were already around the 30-35 day mark of them having my bracelet to add 3 links. They apologized and told me that it's just how it is. 10 days go by, I call them again, and again and they finally admit to me that the day I went to the store, they realized they had forgotten to send it. It had never left the store, at all. This raised a flag in my head, because they told me "the issues" they ran into which was "going to cost more than originally estimated" How are you going to tell me it costs more when THE WORK HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED?? I asked Denise how this was all possible, and she said they had recently changed ownership so it had been a process. I asked when they changed owners, she said around May. This service took place in late August. I said that's a total B.S. excuse, and they were clearly just saying ANYTHING to pass the responsibility to someone else. I keep calling, speaking to the manager Chi. Chi is a whole different issue, totally unprofessional, unmotivated, and quite frankly did not give a single care about this. He kept promising that he, or the owner Jack would call me back right away. He never called. None of them did. I had to keep phoning them constantly to pull any information from them. I told them I was going to tell American Express that they took the money and gave no services, that I would write this review, that I would call the BBB and not a single thing would motivate them to fix this. The bracelet finally comes in... and if you can believe, and I wish I was making this up, instead of adding 3 white gold face links, they added 3 yellow gold face links. I was stunned. A. How does a goldsmith totally miss what type of gold is used when it's in their hand. B. Had nobody at the store quality controlled this? C. Are you kidding me? 4 more weeks. 0 calls back. 100% incompetence. Charged full price for the links. These people do not deserve your money. This experience was tacky. I've had better service at Walmart

    BEWARE Do not buy here…read more Do not work here. No Returns policy. Now owned by Carat Jewellers since May 2019. Questionable pricing. Unclear diamond specs. Treats staff poorly and violates labour laws.
