DO NOT USE GUTTER TWINS!!! They are unprofessional and unreliable. I live in a house in which the…read moregutters are about 30' above ground level. The gutter system I have consist of 2 long gutters each about 50' long on the North and South side of the house ... nothing complicated. 11/4/25 - Called Gutter Twins to get a quote. I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional. Stay Away! Go to Google Review to see Exhibits. Yelps does not let you download documents pr photos.

Steve came to do the free estimate and after taking a look for about 10 min, he said that the…read moregutters would be hand cleaned, the down spouts detached and cleaned, and all trash/debris packed up and taken away. When I got the estimate, it just stated that the goose neck would be detached but when I emailed them they confirmed that the down spouts would be detached and cleaned. The amount quoted seemed like a good deal taking that into consideration. However, when the crew arrived they did not detach the downspouts or the goose neck and when I asked, they said that was not included. Also chunks of dirt was left all over my back yard. When I emailed them, they said that "organic matter" was not included in the trash/debris that was to be taken away and did not respond to why the down spouts were not detached and cleaned. I emailed them again to ask about the down spouts, they said that they had meant the goose necks and not the down spouts. I then reminded them that the goose neck was not detached and cleaned. I got the response that the work was completed and that my balance was due. They also said that the crew did something extra by "hand cleaning," even though that was included in the estimate they provided. I had expected that the work would be completed in the manner agreed upon or at least stated in the estimate but apparently that doesn't matter as long as the "work" is completed in whatever way they see fit. If I had known this, I would have gone with other companies that provided me with estimates $60-$80 less than Gutter Twins.

We asked NJ gutter to evaluate our gutters for gutter caps. Their recommendation was to replace our…read moregutters and add caps to prevent clogging. We accepted their recommendation and recently they completed the work. Today I removed our xmas decorations and found many scraps from the gutters. There were sharp pieces of metal in the garden, walkways and lawn. These pieces are sharp and dangerous. We have grandchildren that often play in the yard and these pieces could cause serious injury. I would not recommend NJ Gutter.

Edited review: I updated to add a few stars because the initial phone call was a good experience…read more Things started strong-I called to scheduled gutter cleaning, and they emailed a quote right away for cleaning and flushing of all gutters and leaders. I approved the estimate. After 4 weeks, I called them because I hadn't heard back about scheduling the job. They indicated that due to weather it would take awhile to get to my house. I do agree that the weather was difficult, and I understand the delay in scheduling the work. But when they finally came to complete the agreed-on gutter cleaning, the office called me to say that the job would cost about double what I was previously quoted. I did not interact with the service team that would do the work at my house. They did not come to my door. The office apologized for the misunderstanding about the price. It seems to me that there is something wrong in their estimating process if it takes 2 months to follow-up on an estimate and then they change their price at last minute. I did not use their service, so I can't comment on whether they can do a good job or not. But doubling the price at last minute (after they had 2 months to come out and change it earlier in this process) did leave me feeling like I didn't want to work with them. I was told by their office that they create estimates based on satellite image photos. When I spoke to the first person on the phone, she said that I have a lot of trees. I agreed. And I was fine with a reasonable price to clean the gutters. But then on the day I wrote this review, I was told that my house is bigger than described. I never described it. They looked at satellite images and came up with the price based on that. So at this point, I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occurred but I feel letdown by the process. And there was no fixing it because from my point of view, they just changed their price when they got here and my option was to pay double or not get the job done, so I did not have the job done. I wish things had gone differently. I hope my experience is a one-off, but I do want to share that the estimating process feels confusing and disorganized from what it could be.

Excellent company to work with and we're lucky we chose Lehigh Gap for our new roof. Cory was…read morepleasant, informative, and helpful when gathering information needed to provide the initial estimate. He was able to update that estimate to include new gutters when I inquired a few days later. When we decided to move forward, scheduling the work was easy and Julie kept in contact when weather delayed the initial start. The crew worked late trying to complete the roof by the end of Friday as planned, but when unforeseen complexities necessitated an additional day of work, they came out early Saturday to complete the job without any impact to the quoted price. Cleanup was handled well both after the roof was done and a few days later after the new gutters were installed. Julie followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very helpful in addressing a few questions I had immediately afterward. A few months after having the new roof installed, I noticed water coming in the attic around the chimney during some heavy rains. I reached out to Julie for help and very quickly she had Chris come out to investigate. He redid some of the flashing around the chimney but I was still getting water inside after his first visit. I stayed in contact to let Julie know and she again had Chris out quickly to completely redo the flashing and seal around the chimney. When water was still coming in, Steve came out to investigate further and found defects within the chimney flue were the root cause. At this point, where Lehigh Gap could've claimed no further responsibility and left me to figure out how to address the issues with the chimney myself, Steve instead let me know he was beginning to partner with a local masonry company to address situations like this as they've become more and more common. Steve sourced the appropriate chimney caps and a brick chimney sealant through his partner and was out the next week to install the caps and apply the chimney seal. Through this entire time, everyone that worked with me was so pleasant and conveyed an earnest interest in resolving the issue. It's stressful having issues after such a big investment, but everyone was so understanding and at no point did they make me feel like I was annoying or pestering (though I'm sure nobody was thrilled to hear me calling after each bout of heavy rain!) I am so thankful and frankly blown away that Lehigh Gap worked to resolve this after they identified the chimney was the root cause, and not the roof or the work they did. I don't think any other company I might have chosen for my new roof would have been so tenacious in ensuring my satisfaction and connecting me to solutions well beyond my expectations and the initial scope of work. Thank you to everyone at Lehigh Gap Seamless Gutter! I cannot recommend highly enough!

My stepmother hired this company for gutter coverings. They attached every roof gutter to the side…read moredownspout gutters except one. She has been trying to have them come and attached it, but they will not come to attach it. She paid them 5k for this service and even with her warranty, nothing. The only reason this gutter was not attached was because this particular side of the house is not completely flat ground for the latter like the other sides. So instead of properly doing their job, they disregarded it. Now everytime it rains, water pours down her house. I can see that the fitting from the new gutter doesn't even have a screw hole in it, so they didn't even bother to attach it. I do not recommend this company
