Wow!!! All of the…read moregood food in Washington State is in Moses Lake. Washington has not won a John Beard since 2019. Nor is the state covered under the famous and most respected Michelin's Guide system. Face it, this state is not known for its food. Moses Lake is the anomaly to all this. Micheal's by the Lake is the surprisingly upstart. This is a much needed relief. The oasis in this culinary desert. We came as a large group to celebrate my in-law's birthday. They sat us down in a privet dinning room in the back. Most places you would think we would of been ignored and forgotten by the staff. At Michael's by the Lake we pretty much had our own wait staff. They were very friendly and attentive. The food was exquisite! Everything was done perfectly. Especially the mozzarella sticks. All in all, my family have nothing bad to say. So far, Michael's by the Bay is the best restaurant in Washington State!

I would highly recommend The Brunswick if you are looking…read morefor real food and tasty drinks. Dining there was a refreshing bit of normalcy in these crazy times. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and so was the friendly staff. I had the best margarita I've ever had, hands down. The food was great and tasted like home cooking. It was served with a normal basket of condiments including salt and pepper which has become unheard of. Everything was spotlessly clean. I will be stop there anytime I pass through the area.

Disappointing Experience @ Time Out Pizza in Othello, WA…read more Not many options in a small town, so we tried this place because we heard it had decent pizza, this was not the case. Interaction with staff was awkward and they were either scared to engage or not properly trained. Fountain drinks lacked carbonation and they initially didn't seem to know how to solve this dilemma, so when I called them out on it, they avoided following up with me. Luckily, it improved a bit, but I've had better. I then had to track someone down to ask for a utensil because none were restocked in the designated area. Salad bar looked suspect, so I did not want to take a chance. We ordered two small pizzas and both had very little to no sauce, with way too much cheese. The pizzas were mostly cheese. Bathrooms were dirty. I would be embarrassed to work here. I do not recommend.

**A Most Noble Review of Romiro's Bar & Restaurant, in Othello**…read more Hark! What light through yonder tavern breaks? 'Tis **Romiro's**, resplendent in its revelry, a house of mirth and sustenance where the weary traveler may lay down his burdens and be lifted anon by the bounteous delights within. Oh, Othello! Thy name doth conjure tragedy most profound, yet in this place, all sorrow is **banished**! Here, the **drink doth flow like Desdemona's boundless love**, and the feast is arrayed in splendor befitting a Venetian lord. What villainy to name a city thus, evoking jealous rage and woeful fate--yet blessed is this house that **defies the stars**, for within its walls no betrayal may take root, no Iago may weave deceit! Lo! The **wines do sing**, smooth as honeyed verse; the ales rise **foamy and full** as a noble sonnet. The meats, cooked to perfection, are as tender as Desdemona's heart, and the service is fleet-footed as Mercutio in his merry jesting. Wouldst thou seek treachery in thy supper? Nay! There is **no poisoned chalice here**, no cursed hand to snatch away joy! Only laughter, only revels, only **the truest camaraderie**, where kin and strangers alike do join hands as if Verona had never known its feuding woe. Othello, Othello! If only thy tale were set here--thy jealousy would have found no purchase, thy love no tragic undoing. For at **Romero's**, all is harmony, all is delight, all is served with a grace that would make even Shakespeare himself cry, *"This be the happiest of houses!"* **Five stars! Nay, five galaxies!** A banquet most fair, a drink divine, and a memory ever cherished--mayhap, were I to perish, my last breath should whisper not of woe, but of Romiro's, where love and ale do ever reign.

But even if there is a line out the door, the wait is quick. You can't go wrong with anything you order. I like the tostadas and the enchilada plate. The tostadas have a nice crunchy shell smothered in beans and meat, topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. The enchilada plate come with your choice of enchilada (I like chicken and it's chicken breast) with house made sauce and rice and beans. In addition, they have great salsa! The Taco Shop is definitely a stop in Moses Lake you don't want to miss!

My husband and I were on a road trip and in the mood for mission style burritos to eat on the go…read more I got the chicken burrito and my husband the asada burrito. Both came out huge and piping hot! They grilled the outside of the homemade tortilla which was next level. The two burritos put together easily weighed a pound! They were generous with the meat as well. It was $33 for two burritos (before tip) and we easily could have shared one. They were delicious and flavorful. The service was fantastic. How this place had 3.2 stars is beyond me. I'd give the burrito a 4.8 out of 5. Next time I'd get a little sour cream and give to a perfect 5/5.

Let me tell you, these were the biggest, freshest, and tastiest sopes I have had in years! I loved the chicken, but the crispy carnitas one was going to be eaten up, and NOT going off in a box. Don't get me started on the Hubby. Anytime he sees chicharrones in green sauce, I will get a picture. That's a dish that isn't on any menu in the Spokane area. With 4's we gave it a try for breakfast burritos on the go. Can't really mees that up....or can you? First let me just say, the hostess/cashier was really nice & accommodating. When asked what was in the breakfast burritos, I was told egg, cheese, & meat. Not true, there was also rice & beans which made it challenging to taste the eggs. I ordered 2 w/chorizo burritos, was charged for Huevos, hmmmmm that is $6 more & not what I ordered. Was told that she didn't see the burrito button on register so was given $4 back. Not quite what I was overcharged but I already had her flustered so I felt bad. All in all the burritos were OK, chips were meh, salsa bar had options but not very flavorful & the regular salsa was not from scratch. Probably will not be back, I mean I do have many others to try out next time I am in the area.
