When I explained my problem she said that legally, once a prescription is filled, it can't be transferred to another pharmacy so I called my mom's Dr. They called in a new prescription to Coast Community and it was ready in 30 minutes. I asked the Dr to transfer all my mom's regular prescriptions to Coastal. I had already paid RiteAid online so now I also have to figure out how to get a refund. The fact that they left the poor cashier out w/no info for anxious, angry people was unfair. She was really polite and trying her best, but there was nothing more she could do. We've had issues with that pharmacy b4 but I gave it another try.....never again!
