They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They had a good flavor and were of good quality. The sauce on them was delicious. The jambalaya was good, but not great. It didn't have any shrimp and was a little on the dry side. It was full of flavor and had chicken and sausage in it with rice, peppers, and some herbs. It was spicy, but not too hot to eat. The Fire is for the Pizza and the Ice is for the Gelato that they will soon be selling. Scott hauls the hardwood for the oven in his pickup truck. The oven gets really hot. I have enjoyed their pizza a half dozen times and it is all good - the flash cooked (3 minutes?), high heat wood oven makes the dough crispy and delicious. My favorite is the Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza which I usually get. I have ordered the Pepperoni and the White pizza also and they are also very good. Order from the ladies at the side table, they make the pizzas, and Scott handles cooking. In the summer, the poor guy has wear an ice/freeze pack around his neck to stay cool. The pizza is so good I have wondered what it would take to put a Wood Burning pizza oven in my yard. But then I am reminded that there needs to be a master pizza maker to get the most out of the oven. I think I will just continue to go to Scott's. :)

The bottom two pieces were extremely undercooked and I ended up leaving them even though I'm a clean plate member, haha. I would've added strawberry pieces, or even just a spot of jam to spice it up. They also came with several lime wedges and two different sauces. One was a smokey chipotle kinda vibe (with just a hint of spice) and the other was a bright spicy sauce with a lime zing to it. Both were very good on their own and even better mixed together! The menu is small but the food portions are not and the pricing was very very reasonable. For reference...the tacos are NOT street taco size (which is what I assumed they'd be and why I ordered three). They are normal size tacos and two was definitely filling. I love the covered seating area that they provided and the service was super friendly. I think I may have just found my go to lunch spot!

They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. This thing is huge, probably a 1/3 beef hot dog on a large bun with a crusty outside filled with sweet and spicy homemade chili. You can barley see the dog when it's served. Ask for onions and pour on some hot sauce and you have something special! I think this monster runs about $6 and totally worth it. If you see these guys (how can you miss a big Orange Trük) make sure you stop and try something.

So that's what I ordered, along with some Brussels sprouts. There are a lot of new food trucks in CLE and this one wasn't on yelp prior to me adding it. Welcome to yelp, Beachcomber! May your food be tasty and your reviews positive! My Cuban sandwich was very tasty, but I found myself wanting more filling. It was low on meat, but delicious. As for the Brussels sprouts - they were amazing! They had bacon and other yummy stuff that made me want more. They were sliced and fried so they cooked quickly. I would definitely recommend these. I'll be back to taste some tater tots. Recommend.

They had shrimp tacos, jerk chicken over coconut rice, ahi tuna salad, ahi tuna tacos, buffalo chicken pierogies and parmesan tater tots. Trying to keep it on the healthier side, I ordered the ahi tuna salad. The tuna was well prepared, pink in the center with a subtle peppery crust and thinly sliced over a variety of greens. I could eat tuna like this everyday and I'm not a big seafood person. They use a ginger citrus soy based dressing which was bright and refreshing. My only disappointment was not having enough of the dressing. Even after mixing thoroughly, many of my greens remained sad and dry. At $11, it is pricey but very tasty. Would have again but will probably try a different truck every Wednesday!
