It's a different company now (it's a clown show now with those two), after Roy Bryan retired.

After the first service call and part ordered they came to replace it and found they ordered the wrong part which is fine, however She told him he had to pay a restock fee for a wrong part they ordered. After explaining why he shouldn't have to pay for that they took the amount off. final bill arrives and the motor part is over $700. Called around with the serial number to find that it should be only $370. Guess they got their restock fee in the end. Again the service guys were friendly and great, maybe they could teach some customer service manners to Heather.

How in the world is this company still in business? Every phone number goes to the same call center…read more(who knows where that is), including the emergency (I have a GAS LEAK number). So far we have been on hold for over six hours. Calling the company that serves natural gas, 2 roads over brings immediate responses and you get to talk to a real person, especially in an emergency like we are experiencing now. However, Enbridge does not service this road. The Province of Ontario should fine superior propane heavily for their lack of customer service. Currently, the recording says they estimate we will be on hold for another 7,000 minutes. Do the math, that's around 166 days on hold. Superior? Hardly. The CEO of superior should be ashamed of him/herself. Enbridge Gas, please expand to the 13th Consession West, Tiny ON. We miss your attention to detail and customer support. UPDATE: After sending an email to the President and VP and calling the General Manager of all of Ontario, the phone calls poured in, the service truck came within minutes. No explanation of how the communication failure happened but in the end, we were provided with emergency services. Thank you Graham, the service tech who knows more about propane than anyone I have met.

There are 8 fuel pump stations, plus 2 diesel pumps as well. Service is quick and staff are courteous plus friendly. There's a small Super Stop Convenience store with an ATM and Java Stop for fresh brewed coffee. Other services/sales onsite include a Super Wash soft cloth vehicle wash, firewood, lotto, ice, propane exchange, snacks, restroom, vehicle fluids like oil and windshield washer fluid.
