They fired the entire staff with no notice just to replace it with people from a bar that closed. Poor service and crappy overpriced food

Bird Dog has great service and a great ambiance with great music. I had the Philly Cheesesteak for food and it was delicious.

The Fly Town Fries were stacked, flavorful, and had just the right kick , and the shrimp quesadilla was crispy, melty, and packed with flavor--definitely a must-order . Everything felt like elevated bar food done right. Drinks were on point--a chilled white Moscato paired perfectly with the meal , light, smooth, and refreshing for the vibe. She was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant is lively and very loud, we had to yell across the table to one another and yell when we ordering. The place has a small lounge area when you enter and seating on the main floor and upstairs. It has a nice rustic ambiance. The craft cocktails are outstanding. Our food was so delicious, the pork chop was very tender and moist, paired with the parsnips and charred greens was brilliant. My steak was flavorful and tender and the fingerling potatoes with the black garlic aioli was to die for. This is a great place for a celebratory event or simply a great place for an outstanding meal. Cant wait to return.

We started with sharing the crab ragoon toast and charred wings, which were perfectly seasoned and not "too charred". We moved onto the hanger steak to split and it was cooked perfectly as well. All dishes were portioned to be able to split and the presentation and taste were off the charts. My husband's IPA and my cocktail were also great pours. The cherry on top was the cherry mouse which we split, but easily could have enjoyed two as it was so yummy. Can't believe we waited So long to come to this adorable hangout spot and will definitely be back. The decorations were perfect and food even better.

We found this place on a tourist website of places to go in the city and figured we'd stop in to…read moretry some brews and maybe lunch. We made the stop after taking a tour of the state capitol - which we also highly recommend! The place is huge with ample seating inside and out. And the setting? It couldn't be better! Especially for anyone who likes airports, airplanes, old buildings, trains, or just unique locations. The food... we ordered the Garlic Knots, Mediterranean Pizza, and a Pepperoni Pizza, and were not disappointed. The Garlic Knots - freshly made, good quality dough. We almost went back and ordered a second order of 'em. The pizzas? We loved them! My son said the bottom could've been a little bit crisper, but otherwise, the quality of the ingredients was good, and both tasted great. The Brews... we enjoyed two flights, not bad overall. Our favorite one out of the bunch was the ESB. It's their Red Ale, and it was a good one! The raspberry sour was also a pretty good drink. The other brews, not bad, but also not the best we've had. Overall, a great place to stop when visiting the city, and it's a great place for friends, families, old and young. I would gladly stop in again if I'm ever in the area.

They have plenty of seating indoor and out, it's very open, clean, staff is friendly, clean bathrooms. My husband and I are gluten free and we noticed a lot of breweries have been doing gluten reduced beers so we decided to check them out and see if maybe they offered that. They had a few cider options so we went with those - not their own however. They also offered pizza and some appetizers. We decided just to get the bean dip, nothing special, pretty generic. Overall an ok experience just not something to visit again.
