She took $147.44 out of my account then when I spoke with her she explained that my insurance would pay her back and she would credit my account towards the costs. Well the $147 was not for copay it's something that she said she could do because she was out of network even though the base gave me her information. Moving along the insurance has paid her which I have proof of with the benefits letter. Jodi herself even verbally admitted to it by trying to con me into keeping my daughter there as a patient. Saying how she would give it back to me as a credit. She has even sent me an email saying that I have a credit with her for the amount of $147.44. I can not make this up I'm not pulling a number out of the air. Let me say this Jodi was never my daughters counselor thank God. We loved my daughters counselor but Jodi is the owner who handles billing. I've asked for her to release my money back the same way she took it as we both can see that the insurance paid it. You can't take my money by law if my insurance took care of it already. I just want my money back because this is bad business. This is no way to treat clients who spend their hard earned money with your office and you throw dirt in the their face. She was more worried about me taking down my negative google review than she was about giving me money back. I now have to go to civil court to sue her and I am going to do just that. I've asked repeatedly for my money I even sent her a screenshot of the email she sent me admitting to owing me yesterday evening which was 12/12/2022. At this point its all about the principal of the matter. She is very nasty and talks down to people. I am a military family I need my money. I paid every single copay and anything else that I was supposed to but if I don't owe you then don't steal from me. I have attached a copy of the screenshot containing the email. You will see the credit amount at the top then at the bottom it says new and past due. That was my new bill it was $33 copay so.i have nothing to lie about.

I came to this practice after having postpartum depression from a traumatic birth and needing…read moreadditional support and guidance with my teenager. The counselor I received was Joey Meador. His credentials look good on paper, but are anything further than the truth with the character he holds. When I opened up about trials, I was met with trauma bonding stories that were extremely difficult to hear and he could visually see my discomfort, but continued with each session sharing personal or private stories of abuse. It wore heavily on my mental health and when I finally had the courage to leave him as my counselor, he did not handle it well and made gas lighting statements to try and keep me going. When I stated I would not, he used things said in confidentiality to be passive aggressive. He is an abusive unprofessional counselor and anything, but a pastor. He spoke about his multiple divorces and mistreatment from his exes, sexual abuse of children and the worse stories I've ever heard, insulted the fact that I had a large family by calling us the Duggars and then told me to watch a documentary showing abuse that happened as if to indirectly make assumptions about our family. He instilled doubt and fear in every session because he is extremely liberal and makes it known on his Facebook account. He also made unprofessional statements about being attractive with his new hair cut, told me he was in a bad mood for not taking his anti depressant, affirmed transgenderism and said it's in the Bible, cussed during sessions and had 11 patients a day and unable to manage doing an effective job at helping. He just enjoys talking and making an easy paycheck, without being an effective resource. Be extremely careful and no not use him and interview the person you use very thoroughly. This should have been an experience for growth and healing and has left me in a very very bad state for the past six months and unable to reverse the damage caused by allowing him to speak into my life. The fact that he is not fired after reporting him is very telling. Be very careful. Comments from the business are also auto generated for certain ratings and are very impersonal. If a business owner is aware of a very disturbing encounter their hired counselor partook in, I would do everything to make it right, including firing the counselor who has been abusing his power with vulnerable patients, but this is not the case.

Dr Davidson is the best provider Ive ever had in my 13 years of going to different doctors until I found her a few years ago. Her and Dr Nathan Davidson both as I've seen him once while Dr Michelle wasn't available. They're both so knowledgeable and caring and come up with the right solutions and treatments. Will continue seeing Dr Michelle and Dr Nathan Davidson if she's not available. Can't express my gratitude enough for them. Thank you both Dr Davidsons. Cannot recommend Dr Michelle enough. If you need a new doctor/ psychiatrist nurse who knows her stuff and knows the right treatment for you, she is the one. P.s.
