Where do I start?…read more Malia was my first Brazilian. My only regret is not meeting her sooner. She has created an unrealistic expectation for any waxer I have encountered since (shame on me for even considering going elsewhere, truly). Anywho: she uses the best product- (hello- sparkly Mermaid wax) She has the cleanest space. Absolutely stunning and impeccably clean. Perfect retail selection, tons of great gifts and cheeky items. Services I've had- waxing: arms, brows, legs, toes, underarms, Brazilian. Facial, brow tint, jelly masks. As far as the elephant in the room, the service itself- BAR NONE she is the best. I can walk in feeling like a bag of ass and leave feeling like a new woman. Big, small, tall, short, hairy, whatever you are, whatever you look like- you will feel comfortable. She is the most welcoming and personable person I've ever met. I can discuss hemorrhoids and Harry Potter in the same sentence, she's real, she's realistic. She doesn't care if you haven't had a pedicure since Vietnam and have your toes in her face while she's waxing your b-hole- it feels like you're with an old friend. So so thankful to have been introduced to Malia. You've gotta lifer.

A friend and I met here for a pedicure. Neither one of us had been here before, and we picked this…read morespot purely out of location as it was about an equal distance between both of our houses. It had been many years that I had gone to an actual spa for a pedicure and not one of those quick little walk in places that does an OK job. And when I first walked in, I was pleasantly surprised at the ambience of the spa. There was a little bit of soft music going, and presumably a candle burning, because it just smelled wonderful in there. I checked in and then was directed to go have a seat in the waiting area. The waiting area was actually a husband's waiting room, complete with a bar. Lol I met up with my friend there and we had a minute to chat before we were called back for our service. We were each seated at our own pedicure station and asked what we would like to drink. They do have complementary Mamosa's, but I am unable to drink orange juice, so I just got a glass of champagne. We sat with our feet soaking in catching up for about 5 to 10 minutes. I absolutely loved that part of the service as the places I typically go to immediately start working on your feet. This was great that our feet were able to soak and we were getting a chance to relax and get settled in. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The young woman who was doing my pedicure took her time on painting my nails, and they still look great a week later. My friend and I have already agreed that we are definitely coming back again to get facials and pedicures.

Love this store!…read more They sell everything, from fragrance, cosmetics and skincare to hair care products, makeup brushes and hairstyling tools. They also have a full-service hair salon and makeup artistry studio located in the back of the store. You name it, they sell it: shower gel, hair color, moisturizers, cleansers, makeup, brushes, etc. You get the whole works! They sell a fairly large number of men's grooming products, like my husband's favorite line, Jack Black. Their prices on some things are pretty competitive, on a par with the cosmetic counters at Sephora and Macy's, while other lines are bit higher and their own signature brand are very affordable, made more so by the constant clearance deals, coupons and bonus GWP promotions. They have amazing deals, just hit the clearance bins! I routinely pick up hair care products (John Frieda) for $3.99 and their signature brand shower gels and lotions for $2.99 in the clearance bins. I never fail to scour those bins and shelves for the best deals. Sometimes I score better deals on the clearance items located near the registers than I do with the sale aisles located further back, sandwiched between the cosmetics and skincare displays. Even if you haven't signed up for their rewards card, they still often send out coupons for $3.50 off a $10 purchase and other regular deals. Don't forget to sign up for Ulta's rewards card, though. They have double points months and you get an awesome beauty gift the month of your birthday- I received a free full-size Calvin Klein mascara ($18) during my birthday month, which was shortly after I signed up. That's a steal!

I had surgery on November 17, 2025, and my experience has been deeply upsetting and disappointing…read more My incisions healed poorly and remain very noticeable. There has been little to no meaningful improvement in my facial appearance, which was the entire purpose of undergoing this procedure. On day nine post-op, I developed cellulitis in my face. I was not given adequate aftercare or timely support, and I ultimately had to seek care from my primary doctor and then go to the ER. That experience was frightening and avoidable. In the months that followed, I repeatedly raised concerns about my results and complications, but I did not feel heard. I was consistently reassured that everything was fine despite ongoing issues. I was later offered a revision, which included adding more filler and lowering my hairline over the incision areas. That proposal did not address my concerns about the outcome or the complications I experienced. After seeking multiple independent consultations with other plastic surgeons, I was informed that I was not an appropriate candidate for the procedure I originally received, and that a different technique (deep plane) would have been more appropriate for my anatomy and goals. I am sharing this because I believe patients should have full transparency, take time with multiple consultations, and understand all surgical options before proceeding. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering this type of procedure to proceed with caution and do extensive research.
