I've seen Umair twice now for stretching, and he is incredible. He's professional, knowledgeable, and somehow knows exactly how to move and stretch my shoulders and arms in the most effective way. The relief is real. What I appreciate most is that he also gives me practical techniques to do at home between visits which makes such a difference in my day-to-day work behind the chair. Today was my first visit with Dr. Moninder Chana for acupuncture, and we added red light therapy and cupping. She took the time to really understand my body and what I need. Her professionalism and attentiveness made me feel completely at ease. I walked out feeling supported, aligned, and deeply cared for. The front desk team was warm, accommodating, and welcoming the whole experience feels intentional and calming from the moment you walk in. Ritual is such a gift to Vallejo. I'm so thankful to have found my new home for self-care. Thank you, Ritual.

She's not your typical "snap, crackle, and pop" chiropractor -- she takes the time to understand what's really going on and treats the root cause instead of just the symptoms. On top of her expertise, she's an awesome human being! She's easy to talk to, genuinely listens, and always makes me feel heard and cared for. I've seen many chiropractors over the years, and hands down, she is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and results-driven provider I've ever worked with. Now, as a combat veteran with disability (PTSD) and having a service animal, came to get service at this clinic for unrelated treatment. When it was my turn and my name was called by one of the treatment staff, I felt disrespected by this individual (James) that approached me on my appointment day at this clinic and had the audacity to ask me if I have a certificate for my service animal. Although, we have been in this clinic before, and no one cares about it. This individual must know that PTSD is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of Absolute Strength, PTSD is earned by doing what others Fear. So, to answer this ignorant staff member (James) question the answer is: No, a service animal does not need to be certified, registered, or licensed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States. What the Law Requires *No official paperwork: The federal government has no official test, registry, certification, or ID card for service animals. *No professional training mandate: Owners are legally allowed to train their own service animals. *No gear requirements: Service animals do not have to wear a special vest, cape, tag, or ID badge. *Task requirement: The animal must be individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Online Certifications and Scams *No legal weight: Many websites sell online "service dog registrations" or certificates, but the Department of Justice does not recognize them. *Not allowed as proof: Businesses and public places cannot legally demand certification, ID cards, or special proof as a condition of entry. Allowed Questions If it is not obvious what service an animal provides, staff in public places are only allowed to ask two questions: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

My doctor approved the effort and noted that several of her patients had experienced positive results. The results with Deanna were truly amazing. My back pain went from a 8.5 to a 5 after the first session and down to a 2 after the second. I was slightly squeamish at the prospect of needles in my back - but Deanna has a gentle manner and the process is totally painless. I felt a momentary prick for a split second once or twice but nothing else. I am also very impressed that Deanna did not tell me I needed dozens of on-going treatments. She simply told me to gauge the results and return if I felt she could help further. I couldn't be happier with the results and will not hesitate to return if I have a flare-up in the future!

I was LITERALLY sick and tired. I was referred to Deanna by a friend and I called her and just dumped everything I had been going through for the past few years on her. The first thing she did was give me the reassurance that I wasn't crazy... funny enough, I needed to hear that and didn't even realize that I needed it. She's reset my adrenal system, has me doing my homework, and is slowly helping me get to a healthy state - mentally, emotionally, and physically. I've been to see her three times, and each time, something new is learned and I reach another level of peace. During my last appointment, she attached the tens unit to some of the acupuncture needles, and let me tell you, I fell into a deep relaxing sleep. Suffering from chronic pains, possible RA, digestive issues, sleeplessness...GO SEE DEANNA! You will not regret it!

She's well-trained in a wide range of styles and has a far-ranging grasp of the real science behind her treatments, but she can also speak easily in layman's terms about how it works and why it helps. My typical appointments center around her pinpoint acupuncture skills (pun intended), expert massage and stretching to ready the body for the acupuncture to be painless and precise, and then comforting relaxation time while the treatment works. She then often follows up with herbal medicinal treatment. She suggests the best places for supplies to help you stay healthy and avoid those aches and pains in the future. She really knows how to usher you in as a pained, crippled wreck, and usher you out as a completely new person, heathy and happy. The hardest part is just remembering how you had been when you went in, because you feel so good afterwards. If you want someone who can truly handle your issues holistically, Melinda Wiggins is the kind of natural-born healer you are looking for. She was the first person to encourage me to meditate in a style I now use just about daily. Her focus is truly body and mind. She also gave me help on finding a stretch to reach one of the most awkward muscles to get to in the middle of my back. I now use it whenever it gets tight, and no one else has ever shown me any way to stretch that particular muscle (even when I had Kaiser and various other HMO style health care treatments).
