Always given a different reason, anything from misplaced my file to blaming t doctor. My doctor called them in my presence to no avail. This brace was to help me to be able to stand up straight but I guess they just don't care. The request never made it to my insurance company as well. I would not recommend this company at all unless it's one big headache you are looking for!!! You only got one star because it wouldn't let me post without any.

When we got to the place there is no sign besides a boutique sign that says "Medical services in back." When we parked there the door we were originally greeted with stated on the door, "Not a customer entrance. Please use Wentworth entrance." We didn't think anything of it since you would expect a store for handicap customers would have a handicap accesible entrance. We turned the corner to only see stairs. We came inside and my mom said we were there to pick up the order. In a snotty, judgemental tone she said, "Oh he's not with you?" The audacity of this woman. We mentioned how we had not and it's good we didn't because there was no wheelchair access which he needed. She claimed we could have used the entrance in the back which is again the exact same entrance that said it was not a customer entrance so how were we supposed to know if there wasn't q sign letting us know it could be used by handicap customers. She made a comment hoping the shoes fit him even though she was the one who measured them which made us feel uneasy since someone who apparently does this type of thing is unsure of the fit even though she measured everything. Luckily they did fit which is q relief and only good thing bc there was a no refund policy for any reason.

When I arrived, there was often just a lack by the person working on my prosthetic, of seeming to be willing to go to bat for me. To get me a prosthetic that would be good, work for me. When I asked about the C-Leg, he laughed and said he's never seen one approved, and he ignored it and went about getting me a leg that did not work well for me, and that broke multiple times within 6 months. I switched to a different orthotics place. Within 4 weeks, I was approved for a C-Leg. So please, research before choosing here. Make sure you find a place where they are willing to go to bat for you and fight for you to get what will make your life better.

The receptionist was on computer, looked at me and said have a seat, I'll be right with you. I already know what that means-Have a seat and I'll forget all about you. I am a BBKA and it is difficult for me to get up and down from their chairs. So after standing there a while, she finally recognizes me and I tell her what I'm there for. She goes back and tells Jake I was there to pick up supplies. After an extended period, still no supplies produced. I leave without supplies. Get a call. Tell them my husband will pick up when he gets back from his vacation-about a week and half later. Was told okay and to call ahead when he is on his way to pick up. So my husband leaves to pick up, I call them to let them know he is on his way. Hang up, get a call a few minutes later telling me the supplies were sent back. Not going back there.
