I have been in need of a new prosthesis and bras for awhile. I have been going to Naturally Yours…read morefor about 20 years. I made an appointment and arrived a little early. I gave them my new insurance information and proceeded to get measured and was able to choose new bras and the most comfortable prosthesis I have ever had.My fitter Lori, was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Naturally Yours to anyone who needs these services. They also have a wonderful selection of hats, scarves and wigs. I wish they were around when I was diagnosed in 1997. Thank you all.

During the fitting, I was shown two or three bra styles and asked what my insurance would cover. I…read morewas confused, as I had included that information on the form I emailed, which stated I had unlimited coverage. I was then asked to wait in the reception area and call my insurance company again while the fitter attended to another appointment, and I would be called back to finish my fitting. After holding for my insurance advocate, the fitter came out and said she had to leave, but someone else would finish my fitting. Once my insurance advocate confirmed again that I had unlimited coverage, I put her on speakerphone so your office manager could hear the confirmation directly. I was ready to complete my fitting, but was told she had a wig fitting and could not see me because I had already used my 45-minute appointment. I explained that my fitting was not finished and that I had been asked to reconfirm my benefits. She told me she could not fit me in that day and that I would need to make another appointment. She was adamant she couldn't help me, and I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance. I left your office exhausted and in tears. I had come in hopeful and prepared, but the experience left me feeling dismissed and unsupported at a particularly difficult time in my life.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandfather is handicapped and struggled with walking so he was…read moreunable to walk up stairs due to his condition anyway. When we got to the place there is no sign besides a boutique sign that says "Medical services in back." When we parked there the door we were originally greeted with stated on the door, "Not a customer entrance. Please use Wentworth entrance." We didn't think anything of it since you would expect a store for handicap customers would have a handicap accesible entrance. We turned the corner to only see stairs. We came inside and my mom said we were there to pick up the order. In a snotty, judgemental tone she said, "Oh he's not with you?" The audacity of this woman. We mentioned how we had not and it's good we didn't because there was no wheelchair access which he needed. She claimed we could have used the entrance in the back which is again the exact same entrance that said it was not a customer entrance so how were we supposed to know if there wasn't q sign letting us know it could be used by handicap customers. She made a comment hoping the shoes fit him even though she was the one who measured them which made us feel uneasy since someone who apparently does this type of thing is unsure of the fit even though she measured everything. Luckily they did fit which is q relief and only good thing bc there was a no refund policy for any reason.

My 9 year old son has been wearing orthotics in his shoes for as long as I can remember. A physical…read moretherapist sent us here to get them several years ago and the orthotics have been working well for him so we continue to go back each year for new ones as his foot grows. You'll need a prescription from a Dr to be seen, which I always get easily from our pediatrician. I book our appointments a year out since they get busy. I have changed appointments on occasion, which can be difficult to find a time, but doable. We are usually in and out within 45 minutes for appointment #1 and then back about a month later to get the actual orthotics. It can be challenging to find the right shoes to fit them in, but i"ve found new balance wide sneakers work best. All the staff here are great and I see no reason we won't continue to go here for our orthotic needs.

We are first time parents and in our family we are the first parents to have a child with clubfeet…read more Even with all the research, conversations with doctors, there are still so many unknowns and questions when it comes to clubfoot. Our 3 month baby has finally transitioned from the cast to the Dobbs Bar. When we went to get them fitted we against didn't know what to expect. We took the technicians words very seriously. He said "tight is never tight enough" and continued to tighten the straps. As he did this our baby screamed at the top of his lungs. We just assumed because this was a new contraption and the Dobbs bar forced his feet into a new position he was just uncomfortable. As the night continued he continued to scream, and through additional research and blogs we thought this was a normal reaction. He wasn't sleeping properly, and his milk intake dropped to half. We started to worry and went through the possible check list of what could be the issue outside of the bar. By the next day (still within the 23 hour wear period) he was a completely different baby, my husband made the executive decision to take the boots off and see if that was the issue and it was. Our sons feet was swollen, blood shot red and blistered due to how tight he technician put his boots on. From everything we read these were ALL the things we needed to avoid, but due to the technicians hurry he continued to tighten the boots. We rushed to the pediatrician office, they confirmed no fever, infection, and did a full check up to make sure he was ok. Thankfully our baby is extremely resilient, but now he must be without cast or boots for at least 4 days and will most likely be recasted once his blisters heal. Causing what we think will be regression of his clubfeet. Our advice listen to your baby!! The technician isn't always correct, and they treat every patient like a they are some cookie cutter subject. I don't recommend this clinic for boots and bar fitting. If you do go there because it's convenient, question question question the technician. If your child is screaming at the top of their lungs, stop everything and check the feet. If they continue to scream at home, remove the boots check the skin and put the boots back on yourself.
