I've donated for 6 years in the past and after 3 weeks at this facility they have a problem finding veins, the 2 nd time they couldn't find a vein in both arms, I got a payment anyway but the third time I was bruised, the 4 th time , one guy had to readjust the needle and stuck it in so deep leaving me bruised for over a week and I had to skip 2 donations and lost $160, might have to transfer to a different facility, one of the Hispanic employees rolled her eyes and shook her head after a was joking with another donor which was rude, i asked her why she did that and she just said i don't know read more

I went in early today, Giselle greeted me at the screening station. She is very delightful. Pleasant to talk to and efficient. I got to a bed immediately and the donation went well. The person I see that is always on the go making sure everything is running smoothly is Morgan. These two people should be recognized with a free lunch at the least. Great job. read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRANSGENDER. Cathy F., one of the nurses, called me "a transgender", told me I looked like a man, and had me sit in her office for 30+ minutes while she was going back and forth on whether to let me donate again or not, something about a form to be filled out, I don't really know nor care. Please ignore the rainbow flag up front, it's all for show. This is absolutely not a safe space for LGBTQ+ people, and Cathy's ignorance and apathy to my gender identity has only left me with more pain and stress than I already had before. Aside from that, lines are often long and staff are generally standoffish, making me feel like a cow in a slaughterhouse. Do NOT recommend. read more

Edit 5/7/22 My return visit was not pleasant. The staff is emotionless, if that is a word. When I arrive, my fingerprint does not work, and I am constantly updating my bio print so I can arrive, complete the screening, and step in line to share my blood pressure and finger prick. Again, the staff looks tired and upset. When I read the online reviews and BioLife's website, it seemed happy and a good deed to provide plasma. My purpose is to help people! I ham a new donor, and on my 2nd visit, I visited the nurse, and requested a 2nd opinion so I could move forward to donate. The staff was working their best to disqualify me. After the second opinion, the manager of the phlebotomists apologized. Now, my 3rd visit, the staff was not happy; they were emotionless when I asked for help to use the computers and fingerprinting device. Then, when checking my blood pressure, they did not allow me to move forward to donate. Although disappointing, there can be a time that your body is not ready to donate. It is part of the information you read, and sign off with understanding. My experience today is not about being told I am not equipped to donate today. These guys have got to work on customer service. It's so ironic with their marketing and all these happy people in the photos and then you get to this place and are treated like dog water. The last couple of times the tech working the finger prick section talks to you like your some inmate and he is the doctor. Sit, get on the scale, don't move, NEXT! And this is the guy that sets the mood for the rest of the time your there. Next up you get to a seemingly angry tech who says sit over there before even asking what arm you want to do or saying hi. I say I don't want to sit over there it's not my arm she sighs and tells me I have to wait then. By this point I want to leave because I've just been treated like cattle and I'm sick of it so I did these guys can keep their blood money and bad attitudes. read more

Most of the staff is friendly enough and the service is very fast. I went in yesterday (May 15, 19), after donating for about a month and had the worst experience that is going to keep me from ever donating again. Last week, both days I donated, the needle had to be readjusted..which is already pretty painful. Yesterday though, May 15, the needle had to be readjusted twice and I could already feel a hematoma forming in my arm. I woke up with bruises and knots that only got worse throughout the day. I don't know much about donating plasma, and this is the only clinic I've ever been to, but I will not be donating again. *This is more just to warn people about what they're getting into rather than at the clinic itself.* Update: I went back 2 days later, when I would be eligible to donate again, and was told that it looks normal for having to have the needle readjusted a couple of times. I returned to give it another shot. Left with regrets because they messed up on sticking my arm. And since then, the pain on my arm hasn't recovered. It's become sensitive on my elbow area when carrying weight. Worse enough, they had to switch my arms since it was placed wrong on one arm. It was a bad time. The girl who stuck me made me very uncomfortable as well. She seemed angry and a bit violent when she was switching out the machine things. Was very discomforting. read more

What should be a 1.5 hour experience has now become a 2.5 hour experience minimum. Mainly because they refuse to work anything besides a skeleton crew at any given time. Used to be great but now is consistently an agonizingly slow, very low reward experience. read more

I've been there five times now, each time with an appointment. I have NEVER been seen in less than a full hour after my appointment time. Today it was over 1 and a 1/2 hours. They have no respect at all for the donator's time. And they compensation keeps going down, even though the costs of the medicines they make with the plasma keep skyrocketing. Super nice staff. I think we can all mostly agree the staff is kind and for the most part professional. I did have a young lady openly frustrated because the nurse sent me back to her area without telling her, fine I get it, but she told me you aren't supposed to come back here unless someone walks you back. I was just doing what I was told, so she was sucky but she was the most rude person I came across here. Now when it comes to Phlebotomists there is a red headed man with a red beard that you wanna stay clear of. So I've only donated 2 times and halfway into my second time donating a young girl said the machine is running kind of slow let me get someone to check on it and that's when the red head came over everything was perfectly fine with my arm until this guy came over and than he started pulling and moving and it started hurting pretty bad and all of a sudden a huge hematoma formed. They had to stop. I still received payment. However, how sucky is it that just on my 2nd time donating they screwed my arm up. It's been a week and I still have a bruise, but I'm going to try 1 more time once my arm has healed! If they screw it up again, I won't go again! read more

I've been going here over a year. The place is always clean and neat. Staff is friendly for the most part. There's a few current employees they could be better off without. I like that they play music. Should turn up the volume though. And maybe have a little higher standard on donor dress code, like dont wear your pjs to donate. Overall, great place and will continue donating here. read more

So i would have given this place a 5. It's a nice new building and nice staff. However, while donation, the container was not hooked up properly causing all my plasma to fall onto the floor. The lady was not yet properly trained, and others were asking why someone else was not with her. And then also another donation they sgot the needle clear thru my vein. So that is why i am giving a 2 stars. read more
