There was only one other person in the waiting room, and the paperwork and lab draw was done within minutes and i was on my way. The procedure was a breeze; lab staff/phlebotomist was easy to work with and very competent. I will use this lab more often.

After your first scheduling online your information remains on file. This includes your insurance information. Why is this great? People who have blood work checks monthly, bi-monthly, or your preferred requests - it allows you to book your event at your leisure. When you arrive there is no paperwork or insurance cards and questions to complete. The online service uses your information to look for your standing orders, collect information and confirm. The wizard online can provide you an estimate of your out of pocket payment. Online booking is the way to go!! Upon arrival, my on-site transduction was less than 8 minutes. All this info was already in Kiosk. I also gave her UW checklist of blood tests needed. She spent a lot of time entering all this info manually into the computer. She clearly did not know what she was doing. Meanwhile many persons went ahead of me before I was finally called. Normally I enter my info into Kiosk, give my UW checklist and am called in order of Kiosk checking. It was very clear she did know what she was doing. Other people there also expressed the same that she did not know what she was doing!! Very bad experience!!

The technician (I wish I got his name --he had glasses & light skin) was completely annoyed that I brought him with me. I had my son maintained while the technician was getting prepared, but it took him 15mins to fully be ready. Mind you, I'm normally in & out of there. My son was getting impatient and started being fussy. Once he finally started, the blood work. He told me make sure your son does not touch me. I said okay. Then he says it again... & again. So, what does my son do... My son almost touched him, but I was able to make sure he didn't. That really irritated the technician & he tells me, "Why did I come alone? If you can't control your son" I got angry & said he was fine when we came in you just took forever getting started. The whole thing took 30mins just to do bloodwork. That guy was such an ASSHOLE. Who tells a mother that. Because of that I'm never going there again. So disrespectful.
