I am pregnant I just received multiple call's at 8 in the morning waking me and them not waiting for a call back to talk about my results, I had finally woke up and given them a call back and I get a few rings and then get hung up on. To blow a pregnant woman up at 8 in the morning to talk about results and then not to answer is very unprofessional, My experience in there my first time was very unprofessional when getting my blood drawn I actually now travel farther to get my blood work done now.

People who have blood work checks monthly, bi-monthly, or your preferred requests - it allows you to book your event at your leisure. When you arrive there is no paperwork or insurance cards and questions to complete. The online service uses your information to look for your standing orders, collect information and confirm. She clearly did not know what she was doing. Meanwhile many persons went ahead of me before I was finally called. Normally I enter my info into Kiosk, give my UW checklist and am called in order of Kiosk checking. It was very clear she did know what she was doing. I had my son maintained while the technician was getting prepared, but it took him 15mins to fully be ready. Mind you, I'm normally in & out of there. My son was getting impatient and started being fussy. Once he finally started, the blood work. He told me make sure your son does not touch me. I said okay. Then he says it again... & again. So, what does my son do... My son almost touched him, but I was able to make sure he didn't. That really irritated the technician & he tells me, "Why did I come alone? If you can't control your son" I got angry & said he was fine when we came in you just took forever getting started. The whole thing took 30mins just to do bloodwork. That guy was such an ASSHOLE. Who tells a mother that. Because of that I'm never going there again. So disrespectful.
