This place is terrible, and only getting worse. I'm here now. It's a Tuesday morning. I'm sitting on one of the donation chairs waiting to be hooked up. I've been here for an hour and 40 mins already, and I'm watching staff goof around and avoid working while I am trying to get this done and go back to work. They are understaffed, and yet it seems they have no limits to the amount of people they will allow to donate per hour. It's insane. They are completely understaffed, yet will not limit the amount of donations so that they are able to adequately assist their costumers. On top of that, the staff they do have are either awkward, nervous, inappropriate teens, or older, experienced staff that are now jaded and unhappy. They move slowly. They will sit and talk with people for 10 mins while your alarm is going off and you are waiting to be detached from the machine. It's a complete crap show. Avoid it at all costs if you value your time and sanity at all. You've been warned. read more

This facility is employed by nothing more than 18 year old college students who cannot find a vein. I went twice, and a total of five times I was poked, and they still cannot find a vein. So because of their lack of experience, I am unable to donate. I have no problem anywhere else I go when it comes to donating blood or plasma. I recommend going to another facility or just flat out, not donating because of the lack of experience from their employees. read more

This place is full of crap they'll do whatever they can to get out of the things they promise you. They say they're about saving lives but they're really about making money and they'll do anything they can to not pay you wouldn't waste your time. read more

I've made thousands of dollars here reading a book and playing on my phone. Oh I guess I've also saved lives. Great staff who know what they're doing, mostly. I look forward to going here twice a week. read more

So I go to donate plasma at this place, first off the lady can't even use a computer. She can't get my information to input in to the computer. Says I've donated before.... hello... never been here. I donated for the first time at this location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I understood the information. The guy that hooked me up to the machine was friendly, attentive, fun, and took the time to explain the procedure to me. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. It took longer than I expected but the staff was doing their best to get to everyone as quickly as they could. Overall my experience was great. read more

They have you set up an appointment because of social distancing, but when you show up you can wait an hour or more, just to get into line. Once in line, it's another long wait to be seen. Their scheduling system is terrible. read more

So lately the employees here have been a mix of positive and negative attitudes. Mostly negative or uncaring in most ways, some of these staff who poke you/take your blood are unresponsive and make me feel treated like I'm a product more than a donar or person, ive even had a few rush the process or poke me without warning or telling me when their about to or reminding me to squeeze my fist before doing so, I understand that its partially my fault and I don't always like to watch before them doing the poking but they should be reminding us to help them out if we're not paying complete attention at times. They also don't seem to care to ask about how I'm feeling or if I'm comfortable like before when I first started donating, and avoid small talk most the time even when i ask about their day or commence conversation, i know covid is a huge benefactor in these strange times but when your working with people it always helps to be and stay friendly to help others feel welcomed and to want to keep returning. I like and appreciate most the staff and the cause that donating plasma goes towards but I don't want to feel or be treated like all i am is a bag for them to pump plasma out of. All in all the environment isn't totally bad and negative but there are those few individuals you can tell who don't enjoy they're work there and not so much working with or around other people. I just wish the best for this place and hopefully not feel anxious so much about and when donating. read more
