My wife called to schedule me for a massage, Brailly was rude and snarky from the beginning of the conversation and told us our credits expired. Promised a phone call back from the manager Rachel, that never happened. Instead we randomly received a text that appears to be from Brailly, not the manager, banning us from ALL Massage Envy locations. In the message we were told that we have several notes in our account that we are abusive and combative to staff..... which is interesting because Brailly always used to text my wife and I, practically begging us to come in for different services. If I had a client that was abusive and combative, I wouldn't be messaging them trying to get them to come in, and I would have cancelled their membership a long time ago. Don't recommend doing business here.

This review is for Dr. Logan Cooper and his PA-C assistant. If you're considering hip replacement…read moresurgery by Dr. Cooper, I strongly suggest DON'T DO IT...until you've had a 2nd or even 3rd opinion by specialists who perform the (posterior) surgery. Dr. Cooper specializes in the (anterior) approach, boasting 6-week healing times on average. It has now been a YEAR since my hip replacement. To this day my thigh, from my knee upward to my hip, is numb and the tendon damage by the incision hinders my ability to get dressed or walk short distances or even sleep. I live on painkillers, which offer some relief, but overall I am much worse off than before the surgery and I may never recover. 7 weeks of physical therapy did absolutely nothing to aid with these issues. To literally add insult to injury, I later discovered that Summit was billing my insurance for my follow up visits which were necessitated by the nerve and tendon damage. At first Dr. Cooper and his PA-C assistant, Joel Whiting, boasted about 6-week healing times...then it was "give it a few more months" then during my last follow up 6 months ago I was told "well sometimes it can take a year to heal." I was totally blown-off at that point leaving me with zero suggestions and zero empathy. I am in my 50's, average height, not overweight and have a muscular build. After multiple visits to another orthopedic surgeon outside of Summit, I was informed by that surgeon he does not do the anterior surgeries due to the increased chances of nerve and tendon damage. I highly recommend seeking multiple opinions and acquiring all the facts before making a decision!

I joined Ahhhsome Relaxation years ago because it was marketed as an unassisted, peaceful sanctuary…read morewhere members could quietly move between therapies at their own pace. Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience I received. The atmosphere has changed dramatically. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, I experienced confrontation, inconsistency, and what I felt was a lack of compassion and customer service. Also, if someone asks you to stop hovering and touching them, you'd think they would comply. However, he (the owner) did not. As someone whose health is rapidly declining, these therapies have been more important to me than ever. Because of my medical limitations, I rely on friends and family to help me get there so I purchased punch cards for this reason. It was my understanding that reasonable accommodations would be made when assistance was genuinely needed. Instead, my guests were restricted to three 15-minute therapies, and they were escorted out before I was even informed. That effectively limited my ability to use the "unlimited" membership I was paying for. Rather than working toward a solution, management became defensive and chose to cancel my membership. I'm saddened because the peaceful vision that Alice originally created appears to have been replaced by an environment that no longer reflects the sanctuary it once was. I cannot recommend a business where empathy, communication, and customer care have been overshadowed by rigid policies and poor treatment of loyal members.

I don't know how much the card was sold for, I received it as a gift, and I am unable to use it all. it just seems like they were trying to sell me a membership and the punchcard is just a ploy. I wonder if the membership is even usable or if it's also this hard to get in when paying monthly

I had the opportunity to spend a significant part of this year evaluating the Idaho Falls/Eastern…read moreIdaho medical system. My spouse drove me to IFCH ER. I walked in, stating, "I think I'm having a heart attack." They immediately took me in and after the obligatory blood pressure, iv, and such, four doctors came in. The cardiologist, Dr. Rhodehouse, stated I was having a heart attack, and the other three doctors started working with me, and then things got fuzzy. I was told I got an angiogram, but they were already prepping me for stent insertion. The angiogram results caused an ER professional to tell everyone to discontinue the prep, and told me my three blockages couldn't be handled by stents, I'd need a CABG (cabbage, I'm not a fan!) (coronary artery bypass graft - yep, open heart surgery). That required teamwork - I'd have to go to EIRMC - the hospital a couple of blocks away, which is tricky given I'm in the middle of an active heart attack. I think it's obvious that I truly admired everything happening (what I can remember of course) and everyone got an "A+" for their efforts.
