I absolutely adore all of my piercings and think they've both done a great job! As a whole, this business is super fun AND professional, and they know just how to treat clients new and returning! They have a wide jewelry selection, fun stickers, a local artist goods shelf, and brand clothing that I totally need to get someday! I highly recommend this business to anyone in the VanPDX area who's interested in getting someday new bling! My set up is all anodized titanium with white opal, so I was thrilled to see they had multiple opal offerings for the initial piercing. The front door needs to be adjusted but I can forgive that. Our daughter had her choice of tattoo picked out for several months, a simple line drawing of four elephants, they charged $80. Very fair price, it took them both (my wife got the same tattoo at the same time) about 45 mins. my daughters work was done by someone who's name escapes me, sorry. My wife's work by Kevin. They both did a great job, my wife said today how little scabbing she is having and how smooth the tattoo is after just a few days. Our 18yo is thrilled with hers. She got hers on her ribs and her artist was very respectful that it was her first tattoo, making sure she was ok several times. This was a simple tattoo so I can't really speak to the artistic capabilities of the artists (the book up front showed fine artwork) but the place was clean and the people were very nice, professional and respectful to my young daughter.

They looked up pricing and info for me multiple times. I truly ended up with jewelry I love. This process included me changing my mind on one of the earrings after they already took them back to the piercer. They handled it graciously and reassured me. I was so grateful! Dae was patient and supportive of me having a positive experience. I have a heat sensitivity issue and was embarrassed about it. Dae was kind and turned on a fan for me. He balanced being attentive without making me feel like the only focus of the room, which could have made me uncomfortable. It was obvious that he was trauma aware. He was respectful of personal space and fun to talk with!  I especially noticed all of this because I am trained and have trained others in support and customer service. I would definitely get more piercings with Dae!
