Absolutely do not recommend this shop or it's employees and management. Owner skips out on payments for work that has been done then wants to trade an apprentice tattoo instead of paying me? Went in for a tattoo and this Hispanic guy was very rude and not to mention his ass hangs out every second very unsanitary my lines are very shaky and blown out I could tell he was high as he smelt like weed very strongly. I Went to get a tattoo for my new great grandson's birth. Oliver Robin 03/13/19. That is a huge Batman fan. I did months of searching myself to find the perfect custom tattoo for him as a cover-up for an old tattoo done when his grandmother was born. I was amazed to see how well the flash was drawn up and The price I was given was phenomenal. It was a very enjoyable experience very professional and clean environment. Abigail King has been my girl for years now! Taking it all the way back to the wonderful drawing classes that Clark College offers, I just simply adore her work. This shop has been open for 2 years now, and there are I believe 6 total artists that work here. The shop is really conveniently located off of Mill Plain near the hospital, and a block up from a drive thru Starbucks. The shop has a great vibe, all the artists have their own space, and all of their books are displayed on the table in the waiting area at the front of the shop. I really enjoyed having our own little space away from everything else going on in the shop while getting tattooed because it can feel really claustrophobic when there's a million people around and you're trying to not freak out as someone's stabbing your body a million times over and over with a needle! The artists are all really clean and set up everything in front of you so you know that everything is new, and sterilized. There's parking right in front of the shop, and their shop minimum is very reasonable! They are open from 11-7 every day, and I highly encourage setting up an appointment to make sure you get the artist that you want! They are all fantastic artists with their own little flair. I was so impressed by the look and feel of this shop! It's a beautiful shop to walk into with some really great products to purchase. Purses, clothes, neat accessories. I bought my daughter an accent pillow that was beautiful and she loved it. I had a cover up done by Caine Hall and he did an amazing job. It was do e well and didn't fade or anything. I also had the chance to see other artists at work. The variety of artists at Forever Tattoo and what they are capable of is really amazing. Having a choice of artists can be a real benefit if you have ideas and want certain looks or options. Johnny was especially helpful to my sister and I. He gave us what we wanted and we both love them. He did not give us any kind of political B.S. about he doesn't do this or that! I have looked around for awhile what I wanted only to find a dead end and finally gave up after awhile. Tattoo artist of today seems like there to thin skinned! Johnny is what I call a true artist going out of the box and creating satisfaction to the customer of what they want, not what the tattoo artist believes in. Andie does amazing work!!! I would not recommend another shop or artist!! My daughter wanted her 1st tattoo as soon as she turned 18....Andie was amazing with her. Her tattoo turned out amazing but what sold me on going to him was her having a conversation with her about getting a tattoo in hard to cover up areas that could possible cause her to be held back further down the road. That he took the time to make sure she had thought about this told me he does this for the right reasons. Not just to make money! He didn't have to potentially lose a client because he was looking out for her best interest. Because of this he gained two clients. I'm sad that I moved to Arizona and have to wait until he travels here for conventions in order to get more work done!! read more

I wish I could do zero stars! I had the worst experience here with Eddie Cervantes who gave me staph infection! The first weird thing that happened was that they did not have me fill out any paperwork and did not check my ID. This was the first and only time I have come here. Eddie later informed me they now have an hourly rate which was not their policy before. He added a couple extra lines to an existing tattoo I had, and it took him 2 and a half hours! What... So I believe I was overcharged. It was more than double what the original work cost. But he put this new plastic (saniderm) on my tattoo after he finished and told me to keep it on for 24 hours and come back to get it changed then to leave that one on for 3 days. I followed instructions to the T. While this plastic was on I got staph infection along 2 lines where he used a different needle than what was used on the rest. Making me believe dirty equipment was used. Eddie gave me his phone number so I was texting him regarding this issue. He got very defensive and refused to give me any kind of compensation for my medical bills to test for Hepatitis, HIV etc... read more

Abigail did my first ever tattoo. Being my first tattoo, it was a simple line drawing that she drew beautifully from a photo on my phone. It turned out EXACTLY as I wanted it, and she did a beautiful job. My friend had her do a Native American scene on her back, and that turned out beautiful as well. I live a long way from Vancouver, Washington (about 1700 miles), but I will be coming back to Vancouver for my next tattoo, so that I can have Abigail do it.
