A lot of times you can definitely get closer appointments by using the app my health and getting on waitlist for cancellations or call back every few days to get bumped up. Again a lot negatives on here but i haven't had issue since my last PCP was incompetent and didn't even tell me results from lab work. (Pre- my health app days). Dr. M. Biag! He'll cite various studies that you weren't aware of. He also cares about your health and shakes your hand everytime he sees you. He's not afraid to be direct with you in regards to your health. His staff? Also very friendly and greets you by name. Need copies of your payments for your health care reimbursement? No problem. They'll fax away to you. In and out. I rarely wait at all. Have tests done? They'll send a you a letter with the results. I like that. I can go back over the years and see how my cholesterol has changed, etc. Early appointments? HA! Not here. He likes to keep later hours. 10 am, on. However, his nurse practictioner can see you at earlier hours. He has a few offices and does GI diagnostics as well such as a gastroscopy.
