Jeffrey was great and explained the process thoroughly. Obviously the brick and mortar version is much more spacious than the van. There's also lots of parking space on the adjacent lot behind the building. I would recommend stocking up on packages when they offer a sale. My report initially contained a confirmed processing error. After I pointed it out, they "reanalyzed" the same scan and uploaded corrected results -- but the numbers for the exact same scan date (October 26, 2025) are different between the old and new reports. This includes different body fat percentages and lean mass values for the same scan, which should never happen. Despite this, they insist the updated results are "accurate" and refused to offer a complimentary rescan. What's more frustrating is that when I asked for clear validation (what exactly went wrong, what changed, and why the two reports still show different data), they avoided directly answering the most important question: why the same scan still produces conflicting results across reports. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a company cannot guarantee consistent results from the same scan, then the reliability of their entire service is questionable. I rely on these scans to track real progress, and this experience has completely undermined my confidence in their data. Reply to BodySpec: Once again, I want to re-emphasize that you've changed the results for the same scan THREE times!! Imagine if I had trusted your data from the beginning and never contacted your team to look into it -- I would have been relying on the wrong data. What's the point of doing the scan if the data is incorrect? All I'm asking is for you to compensate for YOUR MISTAKE by allowing me to have a complimentary rescan, and I'll let this go. But your customer service has dodged my question and is essentially saying "trust me on the data." How can I trust it after my data has changed THREE TIMES?

Since the beginning, he's listened to my concerns, whether it was a passing comment about jaw alignment or how I felt like I was walking funky these past few days. He's never dismissive and always attentive. Dr. Glenn welcomes any and all questions, feedback, and concerns. His chiro care and the way this practice operates have actually been so life changing. Her knowledge of anatomy mixed with her precision adjustments have brought me so much relief. There is little as humbling as a back injury when it comes to throwing your world upside down and knowing I have someone to go to for help is already something that heals me. Adjustments are done in about 30 minutes and they have tables that move up and down as well as pressure guns. They also offer massage therapy but I've yet to try that. Location is in an older office building but the waiting room is clean and even has a kids corner my children have used. Love that it is located on Cal Ave.

AJ's skill is extremely unique and my entire body feels better after his magic. Before an appointment one time my shoulders and neck were quite stiff and after the appointment I immediately felt it was easier to turn my head to check my blindspots while driving home. His ear massages put me to sleep almost immediately in the best way possible. To me, his massages can feel more effective than full body hands-on massages as it truly feels like energy can be released through the specific points he works on and he seems to be very in-tune with what the body needs. My mood is always elevated after an appointment, the worst part is when the appointment is over and my body is wanting more. I discovered him through a former reflexology practitioner in the area who moved away years ago and I am SO glad AJ is available! His style of massage is very hard to find. While traveling in other states I haven't been able to find anyone who matches his skill level in truly understanding how effective reflexology is and how healing it can be. Can't recommend him enough!

The bloodwork…read moreindicated an abnormal value and i have serious side effects after starting her prescribed protocol. Dr. Gherman refused to provide further treatment, stating that I had violated protocol by exceeding the dose. When I offered to show how much I had used, she told me that that I had obtained a second dose of medicine from another person and that she would be calling the police. She didn't even try and make a referral for another physician. Does she want me to have a health problem? This is highly unethical. How can someone like that practice medicine? I do not know why the blood work levels are so high. My ankles are very swollen, I have gained a lot of weight, and my blood pressure was up. It is not caused by exceeding the dose. I don't know what caused this problem. I want to get treatment. I don't want to gain 20lbs of weight! I wanted to lose 5-10 lbs and now. I don't want swollen feet or high blood pressure. I don't know why it happened but it could be related to the hormone therapy that Dr. Gherman put me on and I want to understand my health better. I'm concerned about my health. I had a positive attitude about Dr. Gherman. I was always happy to see her, even up until the day that she concocted the story that I was exceeding the dose. When she asks "how are you?", I respond "happy to see you." I followed Dr. Gherman's instructed dose by taking the medication once weekly on the same day. One time, I took it two days late, but other than that, it was every Friday. I am completely current on all of my doses and have not exceeded the dose at all, nor have I taken external sources of medication, as Dr. Gherman falsely claimed. The health problem I have is swollen ankles. Dr. Gherman was too busy during our prior scheduled appointment (I came 5 minutes early). She did not give the medication she said she would give me to counteract the problem. In the most recent visit, she said that the reason I didn't get the medication was that I had run out in a hurry, but that wasn't true! I left because she was too busy and I came back as soon as we both could meet. I was on time and she was overbooked. We agreed that I'd come back as soon as possible, and I called soon to schedule an appointment at the earliest time. I was not upset that she was too busy; I was understanding and did not mind coming back. The office staff was friendly. It has a very strong smell of plug in air fresheners (which gives me asthma). But compared to the egregious medical malpractice, I can't say these details make a huge difference in the overall care I've received. I'm really concerned about my ankle swelling and bloodwork values and I want to make sure that I am doing everything under medical supervision. I have been clear about this to all of my doctors. But after I told my primary care doctor about starting treatment with Maria, he was upset because he did not want me to do hormone replacement treatment (my hormone levels were a bit low and much lower than normal). My primary care doctor won't treat my swollen ankles because I went to do hormone therapy with Maria and Maria won't treat me because she wrongly thinks I'm exceeding the dose. Both of these doctors are acting wrongly. Dr. Gherman came to the wrong conclusion. It's a plausible explanation for why my bloodwork was too high, but it's wrong. She can ask if I'm exceeding the dose. But if I say I'm not exceeding the dose, we should try to figure out what is going on with the bloodwork so that we can fix the issue. She should not conclude that I am lying and then proceed to make up a story about how I have exceeded the dose by obtaining from a friend. I don't know how or where to follow up with my condition. I am concerned about my health.

I learned more about my body in one session than anything I've learned from YouTube videos or AI in the past decade. We started the session off by going over my exercise and injury history. Then we went over what exercises I do and Queene chose a few of them that were likely causing me problems given my history. She has great experience and intuition about what's going on with my body. We went through the exercises and her intuition was right every single time. These exercises revealed imbalances between my left and right side that I had no idea about, and Queene helped adjust them with proper form and range of motion. She also added a few more exercises. All of this resulted in my body loosening up, with much better range of motion on my squat, and my lower back felt better after a previous tweak. Then, we did some massage and cupping, which was helpful for figuring out more things that were going on with my body. We finished with foam rolling to help address all of the issues that Queene found. At the end of the session, Queene asked if she could give me a hug. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person she is. I left the session impressed by Queene's depth of knowledge and her ability to give thoughtful feedback. Most importantly, her genuine care for others shined through--she took the time to educate me and help my body move better with less risk of injury. Her care for others extended beyond my session. When I was working out with a friend afterward, she took the time to teach him new movements and cues for his sports training. I can't say enough good things about Queene, Joey (the founder), and Progressive Motion as an organization. People there were friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Fitness is one of the pillars of mental and physical health. Progressive Motion is the place to go to address all of your fitness needs.

I had basically given up and came to believe that I would be living in pain for the rest of my life. Eventually I stopped doing PT and would just pay lip service to the idea of it. It was only after I starting going to Progressive Motion and seeing Bryan Mai, who taught me about properly stacking my hip and ribcage and breathing into a hardened lower abdomen while lifting, along with proper form adjustments during specific movements like deadlifts, squats, etc, that I found that I could actually live life without recurring pain.
