He puts a ton of fruits and cheeses into your sandwich and asks a bunch of questions of what you like before putting it together. I went for a blue cheddar cheese and since I wasn't getting anything else, he cut a gigantic chunk for my sandwich. The only downside is I think the only meat he uses is small salami slices.
